Expensive parking. Had to look for a spot some minutes away to find something cheaper. Wasn't that bad since there are some options close by.

The rooms were really good and exactly as described. The location was fantastic...right in the middle of the city and close to most of the hot tourist spots, restaurants and markets. The breakfast was very very good. Had a good variety, was delicious and most importantly, was fresh!

There was a huge what I thought was a closet in a corner which when I opened turned out to be a sheer drop down the building with what was probably the laundry chute. This door should have been locked! One more light bulb is needed in the corridor of the room, it’s a little too dark.

Location, facilities in the room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff (especially at the reception), and the ability to leave our bags at the hotel after check out till we boarded our train.

There was a huge stain on the room carpet next to the bed which really shouldn’t have been there and it showed be resolved for future guests We did mention this to reception and did expect a response from management but we haven’t received any communication

There was a graduation celebration that evening and the bar staff were too few and under pressure. Even though they did a fabulous job the hotel could have been better prepared staff-wise.

Quick check in, quick check out. Great atmosphere created by a Graduation celebration. Staff helpful, Hotel in great location, room secure and quiet. Breakfast had everything that you'd want.

Even on 11th floor the noise from the bar and outside was quite loud. Better soundproofing would be good!

Booked a twin room. Upon arrival they said all twin rooms had gone despite it being 3pm. I booked this room months ago. My friend and I had to share . The bed was actually two singles pushed and clipped together. The hotel could have accommodated us they couldn’t be bothered. Breakfast was extra at £16.95, we declined. No biscuits in room and not much coffee.

- Being woken up at 03:50 Saturday morning because noisy guests (although Abigail informed us that we could have had a room change at the time had we reported this) - No mattress protector on bed - Room key card not working - Both lifts undergoing maintenance at the same time resulting in guests having to use the stairs at the same time - All little inconveniences hardly hardships

- Location - Breakfast - Superior room with extra large double bed - Interaction with staff from front desk to house keeping really good.Speciall mention: Abigail (front desk) - Well done everybody

towel rail(s) could have been more conveniently placed. No shelf/space to put things like deodorant, face flannel .... rather limited choice of vegetarian options on the dinner menu.

Friendly, cheerful and polite staff. Clean comfortable room. Because of a mobility issue we actually stayed in one of the accessible rooms. Not over impressed however by the design and placement of some of the features.
