The bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the shower. The treacherous smell would linger in the room just making the experience unpleasant.

The location and decor was great! The staff were very welcoming.

This is a hotel for travellers, workers. I would have liked to see some toothpaste (we forgot to bring). We had one t-bag each and 4 small milks. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room as well as a couple of biscuits. There were no tissues. Its the little touches that make your stay memorable.

Parking was easy, and free. Hotel staff were superb. Very professional and helpful. Location for the O2 very good. Room was clean, compact but very well thought out. Iron add ironing board provided. Plenty of storage. Lovely shower. Bed was comfortable, though a tad soft for me.

We booked with breakfast but the hot breakfast selection was poor. We struggle to order any food in the afternoon s as no again in the evening. No room service.

Location for the o2 was good. Hotel was clean and had free parking.

We had consistently lack of towels, two days in a row - just 1 big towel for two people.. We needed to ask reception for that. As well we missed 1 cup on the second evening - again, it was brought to us in a moment after request at the reception.

The hotel is freshly builded or renovated, but some spots are already worn out, for example elevator, restrooms on ground floor or furniture at the room. The bed was comfy, the room is big enough, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, doing everything to comfort us upon our early arrival - thank you very much!

1) Room was full of dust, floor dirty, shower needs extra cleaning. 2) There were problems with hot water. We came back in the midnight after a concert and there was no water at all. Had to call to reception for help 2 times to remind them about us and the problem we have. They prommised to come soon but didn't show up. No interest from the staff to solve problem or offer constructive way for the situation. Thanks to one helpful staff member the hot water situation was finally solved. 3) Poor breakfast, no vegetables at all.

Quite convenient place, near O2 arena, in 20 min walk. Comfortable bed.

There was an ‘IT’ problem on check in and a number of us were waiting for around two hours to get checked in. There didn’t seem to be a back up process in place and basically they didn’t know which rooms were occupied and which weren’t. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t really know what to do to resolve it. Gave us two cans of coke each for our trouble.

The actual hotel was great, a perfect base for walking to the start of the London Marathon

As it’s a new hotel, their systems for checking in weren’t great! The first room we were given was occupied when we walked in on them in bed! The card key didn’t work on the second room either. That being said, the staff were great, sorted it all with an upgrade & free breakfast.

New hotel so very modern & clean. Staff were amazing & within walking distance of the O2. Free parking (on the road) outside.

Breakfast very very basic (needs marmalade, croissants and porridge options at least) no meat options at all. No hand soap in bathroom - had to keep going into shower to use shower gel to wash hands.

The pictures online don’t represent the breakfast, I only had one croissant and they ran out of everything else. Only had a selection of mushroom, eggs and beans for the hot breakfast. No shower gel in bedroom and was told they don’t do shower gel but my friend’s room has shower gel. Staff weren’t the friendliest on reception.

My room had to be changed 3 times as there was problems in each room, there was a strong smell of sewage throughout the properly and the rooms, the shower was only ever lukewarm, the staff kept telling me I hadn’t paid for my room however I had receipts to prove that which made me frustrated whilst trying to have a relaxing get away, the breakfast is definitely not worth £10 per person my partner had coco pops each morning and I had a bacon sandwich on stale bread, definitely not satisfied, building works going on outside the property at the moment (not hotels fault) the finish on the rooms regarding the wallpaper and caulking around the windows is not what I would expect of a fairly new hotel

The breakfast! Over priced for what it was….. on arrival to the restaurant the breakfast Buffett bar was empty and the bread was frozen. No plates, side plates or cups were available. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t. The choice once replenished was of 5 items only - bacon, scrambled eggs mushrooms & hash browns and a choice of 3 cereals & small bowl of yogurt. At £15 per head this is very very poor! Would have had more choice had we decided to stay else where.

The venue looks new & clean, the room we stayed in was small however very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and well mannered.

No shower get shampoo conditioner in room had to call reception twice wouldn't bring any to room until they took a pic of the shower with no bits in. Felt like staff thought I was lying. No tea bags required none arrived
