We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceI did not like their shuttle, so close to terminals 2 and 3, there should be easier and cheaper way to reach.
Well, we liked that it is close to the airport, which was important for us, No matter that it is not that straight forward for all the terminals. Then our room was very large, the batroom also, so we enjoyed few hours of good sleep before our morning flight, The hotel is accesible by public transportation from terminal 5.

New ZealandThe fire alarm went off 5 times! We had just checked in when this happened. We made our way out of the hotel using the fire exit nearest our level 5 room. Once we were out of the hotel, we had to navigate back to the front of the hotel. We found it strange that we hadn't passed any other guests. We soon found out that the alarm is tested every Monday. It would have been nice for the receptionist to have mentioned this at check-in! One of our hand towels was dirty, it looked like it had been used by the previous guest. There was also renovation in the lobby, which made it noisy when eating dinner.
The location was excellent and the hotel was spacious. The bed was comfy and the room was large. Tea, coffee and water were provided. The room had great soundproofing as we did not hear the aircraft that frequently flew overhead. There was a great view of one of the terminals from level 5.

The restaurant was good with plenty of choice. We thought the breakfast was outstanding and will definitely use this hotel again for our next stay in the UK. Highly recommend!

United KingdomTriple room booked but only supplied with a double room. When asked Reception staff they suggested the third bed “pulled out from the wall” which was a complete lie! Reception said that the third bed had been put up whilst we had dinner in the restaurant- came back to room to find the bed still folded up in the middle of the room and we needed to move heavy furniture to make space for it so my son could go to sleep. Not impressed and no offer of apology!

IsraelThe reception process was long, tedious and inefficient. We, like most people in this kind of hotels, reached there after midnight. For most of the time there was only one receptionist and we waited for over 20 minutes (most people after us waited longer). The self check in process is not available for reservations made through Booking.com. A quick check in is probably one of the first 3 things you want from an overnight airport hotel - he it worked poorly.
The king room with bunk beds was very nice and fitted all 4 of us nicely (kids are 15 and 12). It was spacious and clean, plus the breakfast buffet was diverse.

United KingdomI couldn't book parking in advance and when I arrived the system didn't work and I had to fill out a form. The airport shuttle isn't very frequent and expensive and it costs £20 for a taxi. Next time I investigate hotels on the airport.
I could park my car for £15 a night.
