Nothing at all, the room issue was sorted to our entire satisfaction.

This was our second visit to this hotel as we stayed here last year. We like the location, close to theatre land etc and easy to get to other places of interest in the city. Last time we had a really nice superior room and for this visit we booked the same class of room. However, the room we were presented with was only suitable for single occupancy, the shower room was exceptionally small. there was only one small window looking out onto an internal courtyard with scaffold etc. We went to reception to check if we had been allocated the correct room and the member of staff dealing with our inquiry was excellent in sorting this for us, realising that the room was not of a standard that we had reserved, she showed us 2 alternatives which were far more suitable and we chose one of these, so a satisfactory outcome which we were happy with. The breakfast choice is extensive and really good.

The location was exceptional. It is close to so many sight yet it’s quiet at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely superb, especially the reception manager Zubin. What a wonderful experience

It can use more sockets. You're always crawling under a table to charge your phone or run a curling iron. The bathroom needs a hook or two. There's no place to hang your towels or clothes. There is a heated towel rack over the toilet but the bath towels end up hanging on your head. It's a reasonable value for London, but face it, London hotels are not cheap.

They have a very good breakfast which is a great way to start your day. It's comfortable and very easy to get to from The Elizabeth line (Heathrow). Tottenham Court tubes can get you anywhere in London. The room was bigger than others we have stayed at for this price level.

The property was in an excellent location for access to the tube and within a short distance to all of the major sights . Spotless clean , the beds were very comfortable . The staff could not have been nicer. We felt very welcome . I have nothing negative to say about the property .

Hair dryer was attached to drawer in bedroom, and could not be used in bathroom. Room was a bit tight.

Well appointed lovely facilities. Staff was responsive, accommodating, friendly and well trained. The room was small, but attractive. Location was convenient to tube stamp and restaurants. Great buffet breakfast.

For the price I felt the room was just ok in terms of decor, comfort etc. The room wasn’t of the same standard as the common areas, breakfast and staff which felt more luxury/5 star

Breakfast was amazing - highlight of the stay (French toast!). Staff were absolutely lovely and managed to give us early check in which I had requested. Great location for the palace theatre that we were visiting.

the first night we stopped we had a great nights sleep but the view was dismal and i know thats not the hotels fault, on our return the outlook was very good but the noise from the street stopped us sleeping with the local boy racers constantly racing around, one other point is the shower floor when wet is extremely slippery

Rooms are very small, good for a solo traveller, or a couple that will be spending all day out exploring the city

Breakfast is excellent, location is good a walking distance from Oxford Street and covent Gardens Lobby is very nice and cozy

We found the breakfast very dissapointing. Every item for the cooked breakfast was only luke warm and no egg choices, apart from scrambled. The hash browns had clearly been there quite a while as they were barely warm and hard. For a Radisson, this is not what we expected.

The staff and our room was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we had a room upgrade as it was a special ocassion. The view was great and the lovely slice of birthday cake bought to the room was a lovely gesture. We ordered extra pillows and they were bought up to our room very quickly.
