For the price I felt the room was just ok in terms of decor, comfort etc. The room wasn’t of the same standard as the common areas, breakfast and staff which felt more luxury/5 star

Breakfast was amazing - highlight of the stay (French toast!). Staff were absolutely lovely and managed to give us early check in which I had requested. Great location for the palace theatre that we were visiting.

the first night we stopped we had a great nights sleep but the view was dismal and i know thats not the hotels fault, on our return the outlook was very good but the noise from the street stopped us sleeping with the local boy racers constantly racing around, one other point is the shower floor when wet is extremely slippery

Rooms are very small, good for a solo traveller, or a couple that will be spending all day out exploring the city

Breakfast is excellent, location is good a walking distance from Oxford Street and covent Gardens Lobby is very nice and cozy

We found the breakfast very dissapointing. Every item for the cooked breakfast was only luke warm and no egg choices, apart from scrambled. The hash browns had clearly been there quite a while as they were barely warm and hard. For a Radisson, this is not what we expected.

The staff and our room was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we had a room upgrade as it was a special ocassion. The view was great and the lovely slice of birthday cake bought to the room was a lovely gesture. We ordered extra pillows and they were bought up to our room very quickly.

Lady at reception, Hannah, was excellent and allowed me to check in an hour earlier than scheduled with no fuss and great attitude - the other staff were most friendly and efficient, very satisfied

The room. It was a strange shape with sloping ceiling, and column in the room which limited space. The TV jutted out of the wall by around 5 inches so you had to be careful not knock yourself on it. The door to the bathroom was not a normal size. It became a bit of an obstacle course in the room. It felt like a storeroom made into a bedroom. As it was our 5th stay there very disappointed

Cleanliness could definitely be improved, I found hair on the bathroom towels and in the wardrobe drawers. The carpets in the room would probably need a revamp.

- The staff at reception was incredibly helpful and nice, they even upgraded me to a premium room, which I appreciated. - The location is fantastic, close to the tube, shops and offices. - Amenities in the bathroom were good.

I choosed the place cause they mentioned that they have a car park which turns out they have certain discount on a certain car park which they didn’t point out when they called them. The hotel’s voicemail will send you the closest car park which they don’t have any affiliation which is kind of a odd situation. If I knew from the beginning I would arrange any other hotel which is located near to a random car park.
