Discretionary charge added before I even had a chance to realise it had been and I'd already paid. Bit noisy but to be expected in London.

Only a slight observation. The separate toilet in the Junior suite felt very tight in space, especially when opening/ closing the door. It could do with being made wider, there is definitely the space in the room to do so.

The hotel is in a great location for the West End. As soon as you entered the hotel reception, the most incredible fragrance lingered. My husband and I were staying for my birthday celebrations and upon our arrival, we were told we had been upgraded to a Junior suite, which was a fabulous surprise! All of the staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. This is the 2nd time we have stayed, and will most definitely be returning back!

the breakfast was tasty, but the variety of food can be more. got a bit bored especially when staying 4 nights . a bit too dark to work around the desk

the room was clean and tidy. excellent location, right next to Warrent street tube station. the bed was comfy, really stable hot water. lots of sockets for charging. will definitely recommend this hotel.

The noise from outside was disturbing during the day. The toilet/bathroom was cold.

the room i got is too small for one person only and can’t walk between wall and bed, window curtains not blocked the sun lights as the sun enters from all the side, the totally different than the photo.

The location is very good, with a metro station just right next to the hotel. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable.

The tea at the breakfast was not good but I think that was down to the milk that was on the table. I had to go to reception for help getting into my room because the door jammed. Apparently it is a known issue with that particular room so it would be good if it could be fixed.

The location was great, it was right next to a Tube station and only about a 10 minute walk from Euston station. We picked the hotel because it was close to Monopoly Lifesized and that was only an 8 minute walk away. The breakfast was lovely; we had it included in the price which meant we had access to the continental breakfast. It included an assortment of breads, meats and cheeses plus the usual cooked breakfast and pastries. On top of that there was a menu at your table to have something cooked for you. I had the French Toast and my friend had the Eggs Benedict and both were very good.

The only problem was the noisy and loose air conditioning which also didn't seemed to work as the room was quite warm and a loose toilet seat.

The service from the staff was excellent and very accommodating. Breakfast was also excellent.

The room was a little small and no lamps, if we were turning on lights on the morning we had to turn on the full lights.
