Parking. Difficult at best, but it's a city centre location so to be expected in terms of limited availability and/or price. It was quite difficult to get to but that would be thanks to Leicester City Council.

It was fine in every aspect.

The bed was not made up correctly so I had to remake it to remove the bundled up undersheet. There were no earl grey tea bags and I dont really like PG tips. The breakfast was ok but limited.

The bed was comfy. The room was clean and quiet. The black out curtains were helpful for sleep. The location was perfect and convenient.

Unable to turn down the volume of the TV. Room telephone was not working. Moved to different room - soap dispenser was empty. Could not get porridge for breakfast. Only one lift working.

Good location for the Curve theatre and town centre. Clean and tidy rooms.

The gym/fitness centre was closed for the week, it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel so it was disappointing. No mini fridge in the room, which would have been helpful to put a few things in, and a second chair would have been good.

Good location, friendly staff, room was good size, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Great breakfast.

Bed are small doubles which don’t leave much space for two. Fitness facilities were closed

My room was on the 5th floor and was located on a side that had generators at the ground floor. I found it really difficult to sleep because of how loud they were, I'm glad I was on the 5th floor - any closer and it would have been even more difficult.

The location was great, really close to town. The staff were lovely and the hotel room was clean and had everything it stated in it. The air con was easy to use, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was really comfy.

Only downside was the smoking area being outside which is fine just would be nice if there was a smoking area if you are on the top floor

Not much wardrobe space. Biscuits with the coffee and tea would of been nice

The reception was comfortable. Also the room was cosy.

I tried the TV at about 22.45, and it had an error message, something like "weak single, check aerial", In the morning I was told I could have called reception, but that misses the point, there should be adequate instructions in the room to make the TW work.

Getting to the hotel in a car is difficult and parking was a hassle, more instructions should be given when booking.

Good hotel, location great once I found it, parking was a hassle, no clear instructions. The breakfast was good.

Although location good finding the car park was a nightmare, there were roadworks and no proper signage. Was not sure if I had actually parked in the right place. The shower went everywhere.

Location was useful for purpose of visit. Reduced cost city centre parking was good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was quiet.

breakfast could of been improved eggs all pile on top of each other, same with the hash brown not cooked in the middle on some of them, not very hot as well, bedroom floor could of been clearer and empty only one bin. shower would of been better with a least one shelf. need new hair dryers in each rooms. Broken windows in two rooms need fixing asp, has booked 3 rooms

Didn’t like the narrow bed as standard. Surprised that a King sized bed was charged at a higher price.

Close to the venue we were attending and close to parking. The breakfast was very good and staff very helpful and friendly.
