We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I arrived quite late and left early in the morning, they arranged a transfer to the airport for me. It was a good place for a one-night stay. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom very nice as well.

It is desperately in need of major investment and is nothing like Mercure hotels I have encountered before. Hats off. The staff are staying so cheerful.

United KingdomPaid for an upgraded room (room 75) before arrival. In the room the WC didn’t work so had to be downgraded to a Sandard room. No maintenance staff available to effect a repair. Restaurant was ‘cold’ and lacked atmosphere. The tables had no linen covers so we were eating off the bear table. Waiting staff were seen to spray the tables before wiping but didn’t lift the cutlery to do so (???), therefore overspray on the cutlery. The coffee steamer was not working, so no Latte’s were available. The Hotel had run out of Peroni and run out of Sea Bass. THe rooms were clean but ‘tired’, carpet had areas of threadbare, the showers were ‘old’ but functional.
Reception staff very welcoming. Bed was large and comfortable. Restaurant had good choices on the menu reasonably priced.

United KingdomDecor is VERY dated! Carpet in my room had multiple stains on it which diminished the cleanliness of other areas such as the bathroom. A couple of times my coffee was not replenished. Pastries and bread were not fresh at breakfast and by Sunday it was like they’d been there all week!
Ideal location for me to visit my son, only 5 minutes away, but would also suit anyone who was in Norwich to just visit Norwich. Excellent car parking. Breakfast was good for me, I mainly stuck to cereal as is my norm but I tried some toast on the Sunday and the bread was hard, like it had been there several days. The room was comfortable, cleaned daily and very quiet. Staff were great! Friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe bathroom. The fan needs to be upgraded and the shower or bath would really benefit from an extra hand held shower so that you do not have to get in the main shower just to wash your hair. Also the toilet flush was quite weak.

United KingdomBedroom windows are not double glazed so there was a lot of condensation and we could hear the traffic on the busy road. A quiet room was requested so if we stayed there again we would request a room away from the main road.
Convenient location, good sized room with comfortable beds. Good shower over bath, plenty of hot water but towels a bit thin. Kettle with tea/coffee and complimentary bottle of water each day. Good breakfast with a full selection.
