Everything was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable. I had booked a single room and did not expect it to be that cosy to be honest. I was very happy with the tea selection in the room, the location and I just felt very comfortable staying there. The hosts have managed to create a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely stay there again should I return to Brighton.

Room was on the small side, otherwise all good. It didn't bother me, but the offer is for "room only", no breakfast available. A good excuse to explore the cafes in the surrounding area, of which there are plenty - and with kettle and Nespresso machine available you do not have to leave the house uncaffeinated.

Very friendly hosts. I liked the little extra touches, like having little chocolate Easter bunnies mixed in with the tea tray. The location is great - about 2 mins walk to the beach (around 8 mins to Brighton Pier), and next to James Street with its eclectic mix of restaurants and little shops. Great arrangement for parking: it was possible to get parking vouchers, which made it possible to park in Zone C, and there are some corners where it is possible without too much trouble to find a space not far from the hotel. With regards to the room: very grateful I had an upgrade, i.e. slightly bigger room - which was still quite small. I was very impressed by how much the hosts had managed to fit into the room without it appearing cramped: a Nespresso machine, kettle, tea tray, a little fridge, a wall-mounted Smart-TV, a safe, and a double bed. It meant there was very little floor space, though - no desk, no chair, roughly 30-40 cms around the bed was all the room there was. Absolutely fine for what I needed for this weekend - if I had needed to do some work, that might have been challenging. But it was a weekend away after all! Very nice shower room, fluffy towels - all in all everything for a nice and relaxing time.

Lovely welcome from Steve. Lots of helpful information. Rooms very clean, fresh comfortable and had lots of nice touches including the nespresso machine, complimentary coffee pods, hot chocolate etc. Great shower. Just need an excuse to go back to Brighton to stay there again!

Nothing it was perfect

A beautiful and stylish townhouse renovated to an extremely high standard . Ten minutes walk along the seafront to the lanes and pier. Really well appointed room with excellent facilities. Super comfy bed , spotlessly clean and room had lovely little finishing touches . The owners Steve and Pete could not have made us feel more welcome . We will definitely be back and recommend the Red Brighton Blue

Loved the location, we got to discover the bars and cafes in Kemp Town. Brilliant attention to detail, very clean room, great facilities. Also a warm welcome, would highly recommend staying here was perfect for our long weekend!
