Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt's a minor thing, but the bacon at breakfast was not cooked well enough. I know it's hard to cater for all tastes, but our whole party agreed on this.
Staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating. We were part of a larger party of 20 and they kindly arranged a large table for is so we could breakfast together. You get the impression they will do whatever they can to make your stay a good one.

United KingdomWhen you pass reception I think the staff should look up and greet you. The shower was very hard to work and the floor very slipery with no hand rails. The water sprayed out of the shower and soaked the floor too. There was no sockets near the bed for my breathing machine, a good job we took an extension lead.
All ok the room was clean and functional and the housekeeping lady we spoke to was polite and friendly.

United KingdomSlight issue with smoke alarm being too sensitive, steam from the shower. Offered to swap the room but it was fine.
Location was very good for the town centre. Didn’t have to move the car was we could walk. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was very nice, no real issues. Let use the car park after we'd checked out. Stopped 2 nights, 4 of us in 2 rooms.
