There was parking advertised but no space available when I arrived. I was advised to park on nearby streets and had to move car by 8am.

Both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Good quality drinks and snacks available to buy in the room. Comfortable large bed and also a clean dog bed with bowl and treats ready in the room.

We had quite large cases and had to carry them up fairly narrow stairs to the top floor.

To be fair we din't spend a lot of time in Radlett. I am sure it is a that has a lot to offer, but our itinerary was very busy. So it would have been better, in our case, to have stayed nearer Watford for example. The drive through the local countryside back and forth to the Hotel was lovely though.

Room slightly noisy but ok. The otherwise very convenient location on a main road probably makes this inevitable. The evening meal was well cooked and served with a decent bottle of wine which we very much enjoyed, thank you. Warm and efficient service by the evening staff, including from a careful new recruit! Breakfast was decent and with plenty of options although the presentation of the continental options was a little haphazard. The waitress was pleasant but seemed rather run off her feet, probably just one of those mornings!

Lovely welcome by staff, good local, free and secure parking. Nice rooms with good and modern facilities. Traditional and friendly pub decor and comfortable upstairs and also down in the bar area.

The room had very creaky floor boards.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast options. Staff were working really hard in the bar on a busy Friday evening.

Woken early by roof maintenance right outside our window. Not disturbing paying guests before check out would be preferred.

Great bed and the room was very well decorated. Lovely bathroom with hot towel rail and amazing shower. Great location opposite the station. Nice pub for drinks and food.

We had asked for 2 single beds but just got 2 pushed together with one sheet and duvet. It was comfy though.

We would have liked more coffee options. Espresso is not for everyone. We did ask, but were told no other options were available. A small thing, but worth mentioning I think.

The room was spacious enough to move around. The room was very clean, apart from the bin not having emptied from the previous occupants. The shower was very good. The sink tap was a little tricky to use and one cannot alter the flow of water. It is on or off. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The TV was well positioned. We didn't use the Air-con. We were booked into a second floor room, but I struggle with stairs, so the receptionist moved us to the first floor which really helped me.

Took 40 mins for breakfast BUT it was worth waiting for and was superb.

Extras in room. Gorgeous brownies and lovely toiletries. The staff were lovely and Emma on reception particularly amazing at rescuing us from a wedding venue when we had been left stranded by all taxis. The bed was so comfortable too !
