The arrival was unfortunately not smooth. A lot of different emails to complete the pre-registration and in the end the door was not working well, we had to call security to help. And point for attention when traveling with small children (with pram/stroller): There is no lift and the stairs are not child-friendly. But again, apartment is super nice :)

Nothing to dislike!

The location was super convenient, nearby to shops, restaurants and local stores. Only a 15 minute walk down to the city centre or less than 10 minutes into Clifton Wood. Secure property access. Staff were so friendly when helping me figure out the process for accessing the buillding (which turned out to be super easy). Safe parking right outside which can be reserved. The apartment was spotless, smelt super fresh and clean. The finishes on the apartment as a whole are of very high-quality and amenities have just what you need. The list could go on! Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. Will be staying again!

The main problem was the size of the bed which was a standard double and not really suitable for a couple which includes a 6'4" husband. We were a bit squashed, which was a shame, quite unusual these days to find quite such a small bed. Would have been fine for a single person.

This is a really nice serviced apartment in an excellent location, close to the centre of Bristol with easy access to shops and restaurants in Clifton. The apartment was spacious and clean with good quality kitchen equipment and comfortable lounge area. Security was a first for us with an app which activated as a door key for the duration of our stay. OK if you don't run out of battery on your phone! Parking was off site but safe and very close.

The aren't many plug sockets in the bedroom. The walls were a little thin too, so could hear lots of people I'm the communal hallway.

The bed was really comfy and the location was great, right in the city center. Apartment was clean and warm.

Was worried about the keyless entry (not being very IT savvy 🤣) but was so simple!

Beautifully appointed to a high standard. Good size for 2. Good sound insulation from neighbours. Easy walk to shops, restaurants & bars. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t utilise kitchen but it looks well equipped. Comfy bed, pillows & duvet. Will def try to stay here again when we visit Bristol ❤️

if you are not tech savvy it may bug you access is only through a smart phone. I made sure both of us downloaded the app and had an electronic key each as I was anxious of something happening to my phone. There is street parking outside for 3 cars if you are lucky. Between 9am and 5pm you can park for 3 hours. it’s free after 5pm. Download ringo app to pay for the parking from 9am from your bed! much better than the £10 parking they offered.

This apartment was very clean and luxurious. I’m only sad we only stayed one night. They have been finished to a high standard. Good quality soaps etc. Would highly recommend. Great location to both park street and Clifton village.

I booked last minute, so getting digital key, app etc was a bit of hassle.....lots of emails, waiting etc... The digital key is a bit cranky, but these things always are as there are so many different phones that work slightly differently

Quite a noisy position with the busy road. Car parking instructions could have been better. Car park is around the corner on St Paul's Road. Not the apartments fault but the people above us were exceptionally noisy so what with the road and them didn't sleep that well!

The apartment was lovely and clean and recently updated. In excellent position for shops,, buses and generally getting around.
