Room didn’t feel/look clean and there was a smell of smoke throughout the room to the point it lingered on our own clothing.

Location is perfect and quite central to bars etc, it’s a great base camp for a short overnight stay.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress had a big dip in the middle. There was one thin pillow each, I went to ask for more pillows as I couldn't sleep but there were none available. The noise of the busy road outside kept us awake. The drains were blocked so there was a bad smell coming from the sink.

Good location for the concert we went to in the university halls.

Unfortunately we were caught with one of hottest days of the year (so far) which revealed that our bedroom did not have air conditioning devices. It would be good to have a simple fan provided.

Very conveniently located very close to the city centre as we attended the Deaffest which were held in university premises and the Halls situated within so easy walking distance from Redwings Lodge.

Only thing that let down the whole stay was the mattress. Stayed in a double bed. You could feel the springs coming through the mattress and not comfortable at all. For the price of the room it was not raised as it was late coming back to the room.

Accessible to the town/venue for the night. Very clean and tidy.

A disabled room as far away from lift a bit daft very basic rooms , pay for parking

Room was ok it was a disabled room with walk in shower which was good size beds we’re comfortable and clean but had to ask for extra pillows twice the room itself was small for twin beds and very basic but a good price.

When i got there. The room i was given the wifi wasnt working and neither was the tv. But the receptionist was lovely and upgraded my room and moved me to another one.

Fairly expensive for a basic room only. Road noise was noticable, even with room window closed.

Check in was easy, friendly and quick. Room, and bathroom were clean, bed clean and comfortable if a little soft for me.. Cafe/bar on site for simple food/drink at good prices. Approx 15 minutes walk from railway station.

Struggled to find hotel and parking due to local street closures due to Wolves home match! Maybe more info from hotel could be supplied on match days?

The smell of air freshener. Almost made me choke. Windows need double glazing as the traffic kept me awake. Finally the bed was too soft and wasn't flat.

Poor parking in fact we ended up parked on the street Parking at the hotel is chargeable per day In our room the blind didn’t work, shower gel container broken, only 1 light on the bathroom working Facing the road was very noisy with sirens going off all through the night Although a full English breakfast was advertised this was poor with most of the food cold and having been getting cold whilst left out under a hot lamp
