It was perfect. Secure parking, lift up to the property, spacious, very well appointed - a home from home. Met by Mary, who, after helping us park, showed us up to and around the property. We had a function to attend in Dr Bell's Baths - we knew it was close, but we were amazed when we realised we could actually see it from our balcony! Brilliant to wander home at midnight, too! We were so comfortable here, and we can't thank our hosts enough. We've raved about it to pals already. Thank you so much for making our most memorable family wedding even more special. Mary really cares about her guests by leaving milk, water in the fridge, I really appreciated that we had everything ready. We could even leave our bags in the flat before check-in!

Great location - so easy to get into the centre of Edinburgh. Secure parking was brilliant and the apartment itself was gorgeous, spacious and had everything we needed! Mary was super friendly and so helpful, we can’t wait to visit again 😄

The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Mary was a wonderful host she welcomed us in and had excellent local knowledge. The location was 5 mins walk from the trams which took us straight into the city.

2nd stay at this amazing apartment, communication with Mary excellent. The apartment is lovely, very good transport links into city centre or short walk into Leith port with numerous bars and restaurants. Highly recommend apartment, booked again for next year.

Fantastic for the family the apartment was. We all had an enjoyable time . The trams are only a 5 minute walk and then within 15 minutes your in the centre of Edinburgh.

Genuinely couldn't fault this place

Mary, the host, was so lovely. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. There is a Tesco just downstairs and the tram is 2 minutes away. The apartment is really big and such good value for money. We were through for a wedding and we had everything we needed and more. Perfect score from us!

One bedroom door needs oiling and one needs to slam before can shut.

Owner very welcoming. Place is superbly clean and comfortable. Owner pays attention to all small personal details and keeps the place in good condition. Apartment is convenient to all shops and sight seeing places. We walk from the apartment to Edinburgh town centre only 45 mins very slow walk with all photo times included . Will definitely return when we come back to Edinburgh in future.

The location was perfect for a quick bus into the centre or a very short walk into Leith. The flat is huge, especially by Edinburgh standards and feels spacious throughout. Exceptional value!

Fantastic! Immaculate! Quiet, a little bit removed from noisy downtown area which was perfect. Lovely set up. Close to trams. Uber was 5 min ride to Town Center or 15 min walk. Very thoughtful host Mary, a real sweetheart. Thought of every need. 5 min. Walk to restaurants on waterfront. Would stay again. 5 stars!!

spacious, clean, lovely balcony, everything we needed for a weekend stay. beds comfy and showers great. excellent location. 10 minute bus journey into town but can walk down to the shore and find lots of restaurants and bars. would 100% stay again.
