Slightly hot room but didn't realise the heating was high, so second night heating turned down and windows open slept much better.

Ideal place 5 mins from the beach, a park, and lots of shops and eateries well within walking distance. Great choice for breakfasts. Cooked and continental. Tea and coffee in the room. Like other reviews could do with an apdate but importantly a very clean place and smelt lovely from first entering. Ideal parking opposite in side road on owners permit and didn't have to drive anywhere as everything was so close.

Central to all attractions and amenities. Nicely decorated and smells lovely . Was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

In the room I was in, to improve it I might have put a chair in to view the tv or a light above the bed for reading.

The full english breakfast was excellent along with all the additions.You received a warm welcome from Angela and eveything was on hand to make it a comfortable stay in Great Yarmouth.The cost was vey acceptable.

A very nice clean guest in Great Yarmouth that is perfectly located for all the attractions but on a quiet residential road. Warmly welcomed by Angela on arrival, very swift check-in and was shown to my room. Very clean and has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was good with instant hot water and the bed was comfortable. The beach and the Sea Front are literally a 2-minute walk and you have dozens of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops all within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was nicely cooked and substantial with the options of cereal, fruit croissants and yoghurts. The hosts were friendly and genuine and happy to help with any questions. Highly recommended and if I am back in Yarmouth, very happy to stay again. :-)

That we couldn't stay for longer!

We loved everything! A warm welcome when we arrived, room was prepared for us early, breakfast was delicious, the sausages were particularly wonderful. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and well presented with a comfy bed. Angela was happy to accommodate a couple of our extra needs which we were very grateful for. It was an all round brilliant place to stay.

Very friendly, helpful lady running this b&b. The breakfast was of a high standard & all cooked to order. Great central location, so we were able to pop back as needed to drop off shopping etc.

Everything, we could not have asked for a better host .Angela and Lee are brilliant. Angela is the most warm and welcoming host ever. Nothing is too much to ask her for .Breakfast is just perfect. Room immaculate with plenty of resources. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Bathroom a bit small and sunlight shining through the curtains at 4am didnt help my sleep. Didnt spoil my enjoyment though 😊
