We had some problems with the room but the staff was able to fix it very quickly but the shower pressure was not the greatest. Regarding the breakfast , the space is small and there wasn’t a lot of attention regarding the clean of the tables. Just merely a suggestion, I think if it was removed the lower tables in the breakfast area it would be possible to fit more tables.

The air conditioner was very noisy. It was cold in the room without air conditioning. The rooms are tired. Dirty windows in the hotel corridor.

There is a tea and coffee machine in the room. The hotel has a regular breakfast. I really liked the restaurant on the corner of the hotel.

The breakfast was badly organised, there were never available tables, the only available coffee machine broke in one of the days. The room no 1 we have received has a small bed (the matress smaller than the support). We asked for a bed that matched our reservation and we were moved to a new room. In room no 2 the heating was so loud that was impossible to hear each other speaking (sleeping was out of the question). Day 2, we asked for technical support who explained to us that it is what it is (but received an oil radiator as help). The hallways are open spaces (in a freezing January London this was totally uncool). The bathroom door was 50 cm from the bed and the sliding door didn't help with the isolation...

The hotel was in a very nice location and the amenities were ok. Nice room decoration also and comfortable bed. The staff was nice and tried to help as much as possible.

The breakfast is not at the level of a Marriot. The beds feel lumpy, not very comfortable.

The location is superb! Many nice places to eat, have coffee or a drink. The room was comfortable.

The shower stall is slippery and the drain is in the rear of the shower stall which I have never seen before. Water pools up and makes it slippery and dangerous.

The staff was helpful, breakfast fantastic. The location is great, lots of bars and restaurants close. Easy/cheap Uber to British Museum and Imperial War Museum.

Bed was a little bit squeeky and pillows were not the most comfortable. Small details here and there, but in general terms I think it's a very good option to stay.

Staff is pretty kind and flexible, we were allowed to check-in a bit early and leave our luggage in a locker after checking-out with no extra cost. Good variety of options for breakfast and room was good size, comfortable enough. Location is central, with nice options for going out for dinner or coffee, close to Borough market, Tower Bridge and another good attractions.

Small bed approximately 150 wide. And bed frame didn’t fit the mattress…. Mattress 10-20 centimeters shorter than the frame. So often hurt our legs. Lousy breakfast. Al elements of poor quality. So no benefit that breakfast is included. Heating system (fan) noisy.

Loves the area. Nice room with little kitchen including a small dishwasher. So very convenient if you wish to ‘eat in’.

Unfortunately the showerwas only warm rather than hot and the bed was quite a bit smaller than expected which could be a problem for some but wasn't a massive issue for us.

Great location with restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by. 10 mins walk to The Shard, Tower Bridge etc. Room was small but well equiped and classy. It was also very quiet, couldn't hear any other guests in other rooms at all. Breakfast was a serve yourself buffet with plenty of choice and options.

The lifts are noisy and shudder . The room doors are difficult to close quietly therefore everyone bangs their doors which is very annoying as the bedroom area is next to the corridor. The ensuites are very small for such high priced rooms. The gym had no products to clean down the equipment after use.

The location, comfortable bed, kitchen facility and friendly staff are all very good. Having free washing machines and dryers were a bonus, although the dryers take at least 2 hours. The breakfast is quite generous although not all high standard e.g. hot dishes were often cold

There was a problem with electricity. Apparently, since we were charging our laptops (through adapters), we somehow used too much electricity, and our adapters broke down at the same time. This has never happened to any of us before. The staff did not help us to solve this issue, hence we were unable to charge our device at the end of our stay.

Very nice room. Breakfast was delicious. Despite being located approx. 15 minutes from the tube, the neighborhood is amazing - there are many nice restaurants and cafes in a walking distance from the hotel.

Great Marriott Residence in a very cool neighborhood. The room was very spacious and communal areas were great for working. The gym was well equipped and I got a great workout in during my travels.
