Queuing for breakfast. But that was sorted quick enough by staff.

Room was small - when sofa bed was out there was nowhere for the table to go- except in front of the fridge & oven. It was OK when the sofa bed was stored though, but this just necessitated moving furniture in order to eat/sleep.

One of the tv didn’t work but it was ok with us. We didn’t have time to watch it anyways. One towel was dirty and wet upon arrival but the staff brought a new one immediately. Waiting time for breakfast, not enough seats. Soap in the shower was missing.

Breakfast was great and tasty but there wasn’t enough space and chairs to sit. Stuff tried their best and they were friendly but it would be better if there would be visible entrance and better management of seats. Great location and staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate all needs.

The nespresso machine in the room was not working. The housekeeping staff could not understand my problem. The heater / thermostat took quite a long time to reach a comfortable temperature (unlucky because there was a cold snap). The cooker took quite a long time to heat the food.

The location was good - only a short walk to the tube station. The unlimited tea and coffee provided downstairs was great. I liked the gym and laundry room. The room was cosy and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit further away from the Metro station so hauling bags for 15 mins isn’t very convenient.

Located within walking distance to the bridge and surrounding attractions, lots of restaurants and bars around, good breakfast.

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on rocks. (expected daily Housekeeping, fresh towels, beds made etc. but not a huge problem). bathroom extraction did not work. difficult to find, even the taxi cab could not locate. tucked away down the alley. more signs at the front/roadside required.

Rooms were slightly noisy - the room next to us were quite loud. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Excellent location - lots of fantastic restaurants nearby and 20mins on the tube to Covent Garden/Leicester square. Rooms were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a very welcome addition - delicious and a huge range.

Very nice apartments with everything you need for stay - perfect for traveling with kids. Friendly stuff, nice breakfast and Bermondsey in general is very nice area - loads of restaurants, cafe and very calming after day in busier parts of London.

Fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning due to false alarm.

very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on offer was really good, lots of choice both hot & cold, Picnic bags available to take away items for lunch. great location for sightseeing. Definitely would stay again.

despite promising in writing to make up the sofa bed it wasn’t done until we asked several times. shower gel & shampoo containers completely empty on our arrival. TV source feed signal very poor. previous occupant’s personal details still showing on bedroom tv.

good location for our excursions in the city. wonderful breakfast. concept of self catering facilities.

Main bedroom area was too tight, no window. The pillows were not very comfortable for my preferences. A bit more attention needed in details, for example the wooden bathroom door needed dusting.

Central, just a few steps from the Shard and Tower bridge.Nice building and neighborhood ,convenient for bus and tube. Generally clean with nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was super. Staff in all posts were excellent and extremely helpful.

Since we had chosen this hotel to celebrate my mother's birthday, I asked the hotel staff to make a small surprise for her on the morning of her birthday. The hotel staff kindly told me they would do it, but unfortunately, it was not done. It was very sad.

Great location near Tower Bridge. Many different restaurants, cafes, and shops around. Cozy and comfortable hotel room.
