Perfect location for arcades and shopping the room was lovely and the beds comfortable we had a slight issue with the window in our room but I think it was more the fact it was windy and raining that caused it .

The plug in the bathroom sink was stuck ‘plugged’ but wasn’t too much of a big deal as it’d drain by itself overtime. The carpet in front of the balcony doors was wet when we first checked in and didn’t dry out by the time we left - just a bit odd really but genuinely fab staff, fab value for money. Thankyou for having us!

Beautiful view out of our suite, right near the arcades and lots of other attractions. Absolutely wonderful staff.

Outside there was quite a large amount of scrap carpets etc at the premises right next door. And again the bathroom shower was far too small.

Location was great and parking available round the back for £14.95 for 24h. It was very clean inside and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom however was extremely small and the shower was the same. Hard to manoeuvre in.

Bit messy outside neighbour but that is nothing at all to do with this premises! Dont be put off at all inside is lovely!!

I loved the room! Really lovely design inside. We had the junior suite. Spacious and clean. Comfy beds and beautiful sea view! Smart tv with netflix etc for the kids! Staff friendly especially Libby! We didnt use the facilities but the bar area looked welcoming. Fridge / hot drink set up within room! Was perfect for our stay. Parking round the back is NCP cost £15 for 24hours one entry in and out (I checked with NCP)

Room crammed not a sofa bed as described and not a balcony you would want to be on. Staff on call but not there at hand when you want something, tea in the room but no milk.

The fact that there was maintenance work going on within the building that we wasn't made aware of before our stay,so was very loud late at night and early hours of the morning.Host could maybe do with some hosting,welcoming tips.Unfirtunately when we was checking out nobody but the builders were around to hand our room key back to.

Jobs unfinished, silicone around sink units, doorway entrance had builders rubbish outside. Nothing that would stop me staying again. Such a shame that a great bar was closed.

Comfortable and clean. The bar looked absolutely tremendous with a great view. Would definitely stay again but only if the bar is open and a discount for being a previous customer Great location. Cleaners very friendly.

The room was a bit dark and dated. Couple of things not working in the room, iron, tv and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The bar was also closed as we were told the hotel recently had new ownership so they had no alcohol license. This wasn’t advertised but not too much of an issue. A few other luxury items that were advertised were also not included. Robes and slippers etc

Spa bath was the best thing about this room. Beds were comfortable, room was nice and warm. Staff friendly.

Foot on one side of bed was broken meaning the bed was a little bent but wasn’t much trouble Plug was stuck in sink so unusable Window frame in front of doors was really broken so kids couldn’t go near but again wasn’t much trouble

Everything was great in the hotel but the beers in the bar was little expensive and not very nice on the tap to drink probably could do with more branded bottled beers in the fridge plus better wine on hand

No breakfast - have to go outside to numerous cafes which were nearby so not a problem. Parking is a problem as restrictions are abound. The NCP car park is adjacent to the hotel but can only accommodate 6-7 cars and not only for the hotel guests as this was a universal car park for everyone. This is not only an issue for this hotel but also to all the others on the promenade. TV only had Netflix & no other channels.

Modern apartment/well refurbished, clean & comfortable. Very good value for money as it was placed on the seafront so location was excellent, approx 10 mins walk to the Blackpool tower. Good internet, heating & modern shower/bathroom.

This room(room one) felt small but comfortable ...but there are larger rooms to book,the front door needs attention to stop it banging when closing...and was a shame you could here next rooms jacuzzi bubbling away through the wall..but it was new year so you would use it as much as possible 🙂

Loved the decor..modern .very clean room the shower was brilliant and plenty of room to monouvre....staff were great..good position for walking either way up the front of Blackpool.the bar area was nice and a good variation of drinks on draught.

Room was really small and not clean. Marks on the wall, ball of hair left next to the shower just not a clean feel at all. Certainly not what you would expect from a 5*

/, behind the headboard was filthy! The shower was very small and doors didn’t close so water all over the floor. The sink was tiny, plenty of room for a bigger one. TV ariel was a joke hanging off the light. It was supposed to be a triple room with a couch but was a double with a child's cot! Nowhere to put anything except hangers. No black coffee.
