Relaxing, comfortable short break in a lovely bungalow and quiet setting.

The only small niggle was perhaps leave one more bin bag as there were 3 adults staying in the property. Also, perhaps a couple of new baking trays. But nothing major and certainly wouldn't put me off booking to stay there again.

Lovely place to stay. A real home from home. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in the property. We know the island very well and have family just round the corner so it was ideal for us. The property was very clean and had all you could need for a self catering holiday.

A comfortable stay in a great location.

Some additional clothes pegs and tea mugs would have been useful, also an iron/ironing board and a hair-dryer.

It was a good location with private off-road parking and easy walking distance into Freshwater. It was nice having access to a garden. The house was spacious and comfortable with good amenities. The welcome pack providing milk and bread etc was a nice thoughtful touch.

We didn't dislike anything about the bungalow - in fact we both said we could happily live there! Maybe, the bathroon could do with a make over (cosmetically only - everything worked in there); it just looked a bit 'tired' compared to the rest of the property. Definitely not an issue, just an observation. Also, an iron and ironing board may have been useful, but not essential.

The bungalow is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, which was exactly what we wanted. There was a lovely welcome pack, which meant we didn't have to go straight back out after arriving to buy milk etc - a VERY much appreciated gift from the owner, especially after a long day travelling! The linen and towels that were provided were all good quality and in excellent condition. The decor and furnishings were bright, fresh, and clean. The kitchen looked new and had a good amount of storage, crockery, cutlery etc.

The garden could have done with a little tidy up but nothing else comes to mind. Also there was no visitors book to leave a comment.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Rest a While. The property was very clean and I would definitely stay there again.Nice touch, leaving bread, milk and biscuits etc.

A lovely stay on West Wight

Bathroom was the only area still in need of an update - low hot water pressure but manageable. In the kitchen, the only thing lacking was a large enough saucepan for cooking a pot of pasta etc (had to use all 3 small saucepans)…

Perfect size for a family of 5, good location - clean and comfortable. The hosts left a lovely welcome park with essentials such as milk, bread, biscuits, squash, butter and tea, coffee sugar etc… which was much appreciated.
