Beautiful bedroom and bathroom

Quiet location with excellent views and easy access to Cornwall's attractions. Accommodation was modern rustic very tastefully decorated. Freshly cooked breakfasts with choices. Host Debbie warmly welcomed us into her home and was not intrusive at all during our stay. Lots of friendly chats and advice on where to visit. Would definitely stay again.

Road leading to the property was a bit bumpy so take it easy.

Room and Bathroom were excellent, great breakfast. Host Debbie was great very helpful and we had some good chats :) Lovely views and on the less misty days can see the sea near Porth Leven.

Nothing but be careful of the very bumpy road to get to the cottage!

The breakfast was truly delicious every morning . A great choice was offered, and each was excellent and served in a gorgeous space with views outside. We didn't feel hungry for the rest of the day even! The view from our room was truly extraordinary, the beautiful rolling countryside in front of us, and sea in the distance. Juliette balconies were fitted, making us feel part of the landscape in front of us. In addition a side floor to ceiling window, giving super views of sunset. The bathroom was beautifully designed, with a large walk in shower. And the room was so comfortable, with many lovely small details and very clean. Lastly, the friendliness and care of the owner Debbie - really made our stay super.

Leaving after 11 wonderful days.

Debbie was an excellent host who paid attention to our every need, and provided great knowledgeable insight and tips into Cornwall and the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious and extensive, and Debbie made sure we were fully satisfied every morning before we left. Our room was beautifully furnished and bigger than expected with a luxurious bathroom and lovely views over the garden to the side and the valley at the front. More than ample car parking space is always a bonus.

Nothing. However, visitors have to realise that the cottage is a little remote, which adds to its relaxing charme.

Debbie is a lovely host and the newly renovated cottage is extremly charming and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and individually prepared.

An interesting drive to get there and after dark it was very difficult to see but there are plans for external lighting.

Excellent breakfast after a fabulously quiet night in the middle of the countryside. Debbie was an excellent host and cooked and served a wonderful breakfast - nothing was too much trouble. We can fully recommend Rhubarb Cottage.

We have had a wonderful nice 7 day stay at this amazing place, Rhubarb Cottage, super nice and pleasant host. Breathtaking view, clean and tidy. Lovely food. one of the most beautiful places we have been to.

The property has been renovated to a very high standard & the views, location & Debbie the owner are all outstanding. Breakfast is enough to see you through to evening meal.

Wouldn’t change a thing

Lovely cottage great atmosphere, gorgeous room very clean , full English breakfast was excellent and the host Deb was a lovely lady . A most enjoyable stay with lovely views.

Our host Debbie was fantastic, such a warm and friendly lady, she made us feel at home and cooked a really lovely breakfast. The accommodation was very clean and the bathroom was superb. The cottage had lovely views, we could relax in the garden. It was within easy reach of all the places that we wanted to visit, and we would definitely go there again.
