The room was on the first floor. I was offered a cup tea to warm uo as it was very cold and they filled my hotwater bottle.

Only negative we found was once one of us 4 had a shower the lovely lady started cleaning the bathroom ready for the next shower.

I came here not knowing what to expect the bed and the room was very comfortable. I was tired and exhausted and I woke up totally refreshed and happy. Probably the best night sleep I have ever had.

The high quality bedding the right mix of comfort and firmness. Probably memory foam mattress and new duvet. Lots of pillows and cushions. I love cushions. I felt like sinking into the hudge unbelievably comfortable bed. Probably King size. How do I make my bed feel like a cloud? Tips please. Cheers

The room had this bad smell when I first got there. Also, I complained countless times of cold and nothing was done about it. The heater wasn't heating at all. The house has no microwave oven, so I couldn't warm my food. I had to dispose the food and order for a warm from just eat.

It is an inspirational place and space. This place went beyond my expectation. The bed was very comfortable one can appreciate the low level italian design. I really like the way everything was put together. I strongly agree with all the positive review comments as I found it truly exceptional for price and value of money they even gave free chocolate,bottle water and fresh flower a true excellent experience. In negative comments I only found to be true of no swimming pool 😁.

Shared bathroom and shower head never stayed up, so I couldn't have a shower. The house as hold felt like I was staying in someone's house and not much privacy, and the house was in the middle of a council estate did not feel safe, though the room was nice, but you can hear everything including someone snoring in thd next room 🤣 I would not go back,

Ample and excellent parking facilities. You may need to inform a parking slot in advance. Also additional parking is available on the raised foot path platform. Parking are is covered by CCTV for safety and security. Parking is free and big enough for two cars or a van or a truck. A green pleasant area with no crime as the area is safe old age residential area. And blooming everywhere. Happy place. Birds sing gently all day long. They live in a tree next door with bird feeders.

I was pleasantly surprised that they provide lots of bath and spa products to use free of charge. Like bath bombs and bath salt. Different types of shower gels and shampoos to choose from. The bathroom was smelling so nice the first time we entered and proper clean and shiny. My wife had a very good time and was very relaxed. More than you could ask for. Other places you have to bring your own stuff.

Green and blooming patio, adorable enchanted garden lights and blossoms. Fell the spring coming. No wonder it is called flowers. Flowers are everywhere. So romantic and relaxing. Bed was a modern Italian style. Very big and comfortable. Extra pillows and towels but more importantly I am diabetic and even sweeteners were provided and no sugar based drinks. I was even made a free of charge fresh black filtered coffee in the morning before I got off. They went extra mile. I will definitely book again next time.

My stay was disappointing. The bed was situated directly on the floor which may it very difficult to get up. There was no chair or small bedside table in the room.
