I was in the room #1 in ground floor and it was a bit noisy with people leaving and entering the hotel.

The room was perfect for a short stay in London. Location of the hotel is very nice (5min from the British Museum and near tube and bus stops). Good breakfast included in the room price (full English Breakfast).

Solely my personal opinion and I've lots to rant about it: 1) The purpose of my stay is to take an exam the next day at SOAS. I was spending my time in the room on my first day for my exam preparations. It was my fault to not check if the hotel has a kettle or not, I was just assuming it has. However, I was surprised that the hotel doesn't have a water dispenser. I've stayed at different hotels in the past, even one star hotel has a water dispenser! I spoke to the evening staff, she just plainly said to me: "If we don't have a kettle, we don't have it, you can fill the water in the bathroom and speak to the breakfast team tomorrow" 2) After my exam, I decided to try watching YouTube on TV. For some reason, the TV remote control was not letting me press anything and playing up, IE when I select the right button, it goes to the left. I spoke to the same evening staff again, she said: "If it doesn't work, I can't help with it", eventually after a few attempts, I made it work again lol To summarise my stay: I think I'm just being unlucky to have this evening staff to serve me during my stay, I can assure you that the rest of the staff were not the same standard, they were polite and being really helpful. The room was clean and comfy, nothing to complain about it However, this hotel might not be suitable for large size couples, cuz the bed was small and even the towel was pillow size, I'm a UK size 6-8 person so I'm fine with it, I don't need extra large towels. I felt like it was a bit unfair to the rest of the staff to give a bad review but I still give 10/10.

Breakfast was perfectly satisfactory with a cooked option, but the room was a bit gloomy. But I appreciate it cant really be helped as its in the basement so no windows.

Comfortable room, no frills but very clean and a nice bathroom. Free hot drinks in the lounge area was a real plus.

Great location for Leicester Square theatre, around 20 minute walk and around 10 minute walk from Oxford Street. Booked for one night for a theatre show. Fantastic service. Help yourself to hot drinks. Room was spotless and looked like it was very recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is included and comprised of fresh juice, cereals and an English cooked breakfast with choice of hot drinks. Cooked to order so not cold like a buffet breakfast. Overall a great location, great clean room, great breakfast and a great service. Will definitely stay again when in central London.

Wonderful welcome, great cosy room, comfy bed, very clean, quiet, free hot drinks in lounge as no kettles in rooms at the moment, great breakfast and waiters, and all OK for food to be delivered too! It will be a regular place for me with my pending work events. Thanks so much!

Rooms were quite small, with bathrooms small enough that it was hard to shower or dress in there. No fan in the bathroom so everything gets steamy when someone showers.

Location was simply fantastic. Hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast was very nice with good options and friendly staff. All staff was very helpful and friendly.

The cleanliness, the service and above all the staff! Cleanliness 10 out of 10! Top location, one of the best museums in the world is just around the corner from the hotel. For history fans who want to do the museum over several days, this is the perfect hotel. In addition, the neighborhood was calm and there is everything you need around the hotel: shops, restaurants and the underground. What I will remember most is the staff. They were wonderful, very attentive and very kind ! Thank you again !
