Nothing to fault! 10 out of 10!

An excellent well kept warm house in a quiet part of Lancaster within easy walking distance of the town centre, very well equipped kitchen with essentials supplied by the householder.the beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean and well looked after, it was great that we were met at the property and shown around by the friendly owner. Thank you for a great stay.

Not so much dislike but i wish there are more milk sachets

It feels like home, we were lost and wasnt able to find the house, the owner is very lovely guidijg us to the right direction. It is well-thought of them to provide a loaf of bread and butter (both unopened) with a selectioj of jams as well as teabags, sugar and milk on the side.

Place was lovely lots of unexpected but very useful extras provided. Host was really welcoming. Gave us lots of local information for visits, sightseeing etc. Very nice lady

Only a minor point, but a wardrobe or hanging rail would be useful, or even just a few more coat hangers to use on the hooks on the bedroom door.

The house was spacious & clean with lovely decor. It was great to be met at the property so we could ask questions and be shown how to work things. There are lots of little extras such - toiletries, fruit, snacks etc and even an umbrella which was really appreciated as I had forgotten mine. The location was ideal for us as, being a little out of town, it’s really quiet, but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lancaster. Although the property doesn’t come with parking, we had no problem finding a space nearby.

The location was not the best for us but it was fine as we were in Lancaster sadly for a funeral and not a leisure couple of days.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the little snacks that were supplied and plenty of toiletries.

it is close to town centre, bus station and railway station. it is very comfortable and quiet. lovely well equipped kitchen.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. We stayed for 2 nights while working in the area, communication from the host was great. The fruit, snacks and water were a welcome treat along with the tea/coffee making facilities. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We liked everything and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Lancaster.

The property has been prepared with a great deal of care and attention and was spotlessly clean. The hosts, both of whom we met, were welcoming and friendly. They were very generous with the provision of towels and toiletries and there were some thoughtful touches such as a travel adaptor and chocolate and muesli bars.

Some minor suggestions to make an even better experience: - A small microwave sat on top of the fridge freezer. - No wardrobes, but could easily insert a hanging rail in the cupboard at the top of the stairs - The back yard is a sun trap in the afternoon, a small bistro table and chair set would have been perfect to enjoy an early evening G&T. - No mainstream TV, only via Apps, but I got by. Location - the area and housing at the back of the house is not particularly appealing, and there was some rubbish left out, but not the owners' fault or responsibility. Lack of nearby available parking - once I had got a parking spot at the back of the house I daren't move it but to be fair, it is not advertised as having parking available.

Lovely little house, nicely decorated and equipped Very clean Location is a very easy walk into City Centre and nearby Sainsbury's, you can see the River Lune from the house. Nice little touches - eg toiletries and small supply of kitchen essentials and biscuits/fruit. Owner accommodated my visit at very short notice and was very helpful. Wifi available but I didn't use it.

Very difficult to pick any faults- only thing I can think of is salt and pepper would’ve been handy!

Friendly greeting with the owner when we arrived at the property. Attention to detail was great- from complimentary toiletries to ice in the freezer. The house was in a great location and spotlessly clean! Would happily stay again!

The location was excellent for our needs, short walking distance to all the venues in the city. Close to castle, city centre shops, bus station & river walks.
