Nothing to work with in the kitchen. No spatula or paring knife. There was one frying pan. No coffee maker. They told me to ask for anything I wanted. I decided to rough it and eat out a lot.

The options for breakfast were a little ordinary and lacked variety, especially for a buffet style breakfast. The hallways were creepy like a labyrinth.

The view from the room was extraordinary, and the location is close to a lot of big attractions. The staff we're very professional and we're helpful.

There could have been MORE tea , coffee & milk provided. The fridge wasn`t cold enough.

This hotel is situated on the banks of the river Thames. From our hotel window we had a superb view of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. There were also views of Lambeth and Westminster bridges. Across from us, once you are over the Lambeth bridge and down the other side. You have the pick up point for the Uber water taxis. Its an excellent way to see the famous landmarks of London. The Covid memorial wall is also close by, just down by the river. Our Junior suite had plenty of room and its own balcony over looking the river Thames. A super King sized bed, also a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, straight off the bedroom. The best views from our window and balcony were at night, when London was all lit up ✨...A good sized room, great location and excellent views.

Bathroom shower were broken and wasn’t repaired. But wasn’t too bad as it was usable.

Good location. Close to bus and train station. Staff were nice. Had a good sleep as the bed was very comfortable. Clean facilities and clean bathroom.

The lack of communication and organisation between staff members. We called and asked for a late check out around 8am (late check out for 1PM). This was confirmed by the receptionist. We went out, came back at 12:30pm to be told we cannot enter the room as they are cleaning it. All our luggage was in the room. We spoke to a man on the front desk and he was incredibly rude, asking if we rang the right people and that it wasn’t put through the system. Our room was also not made up, after requesting housekeeping & having the green ‘make up’ room light on. We called and asked for it to be done & 2hrs later, someone came up and did our room. They didn’t leave any toilet paper, soap or tissues so we had to all again.

The room was spacious, very comfy beds & lovely duvets. Bathroom was fairly clean. Wail & Romero were outstanding & made our trip wonderful. Very kind and extremely helpful 🩷

I payed for a view of the river and big Ben etc and we were given a room facing the other hotels with a partial view of the river not great considering how much we paid.

The mattress was quite hard, however this is personal to me and may be perfect for others and the shower could be stronger.

The location and staff were brilliant. Friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised that my request for an upgrade had been granted and this offered a lovely birthday surprise for me partner. Very responsive and helpful staff and a lovely big room.
