Noise from road, especially on a Saturday evening. But you can't do much about that without shutting all the windows! TINY wash-basin in bathroom. Really annoying!

Only BED, need an immediate change . Can feel the spring inside which make turned off and so uncomfortable. Luckily I just stay for a night prior a business meeting next day. If I want to stay longer, will definitely consider other hotel instead. Such a shame unable to give a full stars only due to bedding issue. Please improve and I will come back next time!

Warm hospitality by the receptionist (sargan, if not mistaken) eventhough I checked in quite late around 9PM, location very near to train station and good access to groceries/foods. Well satisfied with the facilities provided inside the super spacey superior room which is located at different building (but not far from main reception)

Unfortunately our room faced a busy road so it was a bit noisy if you like the window open, but noise is reduced if you shut the window. Only a couple of the rooms face the road so that wouldn’t affect everyone.

Room was fine, clean, decent little bathroom en-suite. Very nice location on the river. Close to city centre. There are permits available to park outside on the road which was very handy.

Our bedrooms were at the top of a very steep, narrow and windy stairs. We were warned about this in advance but the second flight of stairs was worse than we expected! The shower in my friend’s room didn’t work. The wifi didn’t work - I had to use my data. There was a skylight in my bedroom and the blind covering it wouldn’t stay open by itself. In order to open the skylight, I had to keep the blind open with one hand and open the skylight with the other! This meant poor ventilation as the air was only coming through the sides of the blind and poor lighting as no natural light was allowed in. No mirror above the basin in my bathroom and no lighting so had to brush my hair and clean my teeth in front of the mirror in the bedroom - not practical. The breakfast (an optional extra for £5) was a breakfast box not a full sit-down breakfast in a dining room, so we ate breakfast at the Premier Inn restaurant (Table Table) instead. We did not expect to have to leave the premises in order to eat a proper breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.

Everything was fine.

We enjoyed a pleasant room with views of the River Wensum. The hotel was generous in the provision of tea and coffee making facilities. It was helpful to be provided with a fan on such a warm evening.

I know the room was described as a small bedroom but it was not very well thought out. It was inconvenient to fill the kettle because the sink was so small. Also the room was described as being in a separate annex but we were put in a room in the loft,

Room got quite hot and stuffy as it was a small room, they did provide a fan which was a help, at the end of day it cant be helped with it being summer.

The staff were very welcoming, location was great next to the canal with town centre around the corner.

We booked a small double and standard twin room. The small double is very small and one side of bed is next to the wall so would advise booking a bigger room if possible. Shower room in each room was very tight and compact so if you were a larger person it would be quite uncomfortable to shower in it. The room can get quite warm.

Very convenient location next to the train station. Each room had tea making facilities as well as toiletries, towels and hair dryer available.
