Our room ( Woebly) only had a bath , no shower, no real big issue but I love a shower!!!

Nothing much. We were aware that there was no mobile phone signal before we arrived, offset by good WiFi. The bathroom had a shaving mirror but not over the sink. Lighting was a little dim in the restaurant to read the menu.

The staff are friendly and helpful with the property in a lovely location. The garden rooms are fun and comfortable. Steps up the garden to get to the rooms and low door frames for the tall to duck under. Underfloor heating was very effective and the water piping hot. We had dinner in restaurant and the food and service were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent too.

Stayed in one of the garden rooms, which are little hexagonal pods. Beautiful and cosy. Mind your head!!! Lovely shower and bathroom. Bed was super comfy and inviting and we had two good nights sleep. Enjoyed a memorable meal on Friday evening and the breakfast on both days were well presented with locally sourced products. Loved my home made marmalade!!! Would make an ideal location for a special occasion weekend or mi week getaway.

The breakfast was outstanding with the most delicious home-made preserves (orange marmalade to die for!). The food was excellent and the room lovely, cosy and peaceful.

The quantity of shower toiletries was insufficient for two people and it was not replenished during our stay

Our room was warm, spacious.and cosy. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. A good selection of tea, coffee and toiletries were provided. The choice and quality of breakfast was fabulous, as was the evening meal which was enjoyed on both evenings of our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Riverside inn . George and his very friendly team did an amazing job in looking after us during our stay . Our room was perfect , very comfortable , clean and had everything we needed . The food was exceptional - both dinner and breakfast . Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection . Very dog friendly too !

Food was very good , the only negative comment was that during the evening meal the courses came out very quickly, it would have been nice to have had a 5 minute break between each course

Just be mindful to duck when entering the garden accommodation as the doors are smaller than normal!

We stayed in one of the garden rooms, it was quirky and beautifully decorated and designed. Lovely attention to details. This included a mini fridge in the room with fresh water and milk. There was underfloor heating making the room warm. The bathroom was modern, including a large shower with 2 different types of water heads. We had an evening meal and breakfast, both were delicious. Home made marmalade was really good!
