Good hotel nice location, the beach is a five minute walk and town centre about .5 hour. Good value.

Shower pressure in the bathroom was a little low as it was top floor, so a pump might be a nice addition to the upper rooms.

The staff were friendly and efficient . I request a sea view room and they provided a great room. When I needed some more consumables they quickly provided them. Breakfast had a good variety of food on offer plus they cooked eggs to order. Overall a place I would recommend.

Artificial lawn meant taking dog off hotel premises for it to toilet, apart from that it was very good.

The two steps in the dining room leading to the conservatory area are.very deep. More than a standard step which I found difficult to negotiate. No alternative or slope. The double bedroom was quite small.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Bar, restaurant and lounge areas clean and bright. Good selection of food. Towels provided for swimming pool.

Due to the location of our room, we experienced noise from a musical act during midweek evenings 8-10pm. I'm sure it was enjoyed by those in the bar but it made watching TV in the room difficult on those nights. I feel almost guilty for mentioning it, but it was rather distracting.

Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and quality. Cleanliness throughout was excellent though rooms seemed a little 'tired', but everything worked so no complaints. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Very limited car parking, (I was lucky to get a spot in the back car park, which I did not move from until I left, as I keep personal belongings in there, such as spa kit, and wanted to get to it easily). Food overall was very good, however I had the scallops, and they were very gritty, and the tough membrane had not been removed - more care needed, (although I loved the way they left the roe on, as many places remove it). I had expected that there may be a small corner shop or something close by, there is not.

Spotless bathroom, great views from balcony, friendly staff, location perfect for travelling by bus to Bournemouth, (#70 stops just up the road, and is only £2 in each direction). Pleasant spa facilities. Comfortable bed. Dog friendly.

Hotel was a little tired looking, but am sure with some investment it would be even more inviting.

I really didn't expect a sweet little room with a terrace and place to sit outside, but that's what I was greeted with. It was a surprising little gem of a place. I wanted peace and quiet, and that's exactly my experience. Close enough to the main hotel yet far enough away. The spa was surprisingly updated, great jacuzzi and wonderful big clean pool. Facilities to change were great, and a clean good sized locker and warm shower. My room had a super clean kettle (always a good sign) nice fluffy towels and a nice range of tea and coffee. The mattress was a little hard for me, but that's just preference. Didn't eat at the property as a little pricey, but had I tried it, it may have been worth it! Very close to Sandbanks and Bournemouth centre which I visited. Bonus being able to park at the hotel, and I felt safe and very comfortable. The receptionist (don't recall his name) was super nice and went through everything with me. What was nice was the House keepers acknowledged me to and said hello each time they saw me. They were a really nice team who although busy, had time for a smile... Kudos to them!! Thanks for a lovely stay, and I look forward to returning soon.

Food was a bit hit and miss, but hotel is 3 star so probably in line with that. Light on in the hall all night was a bit annoying and my curtains were not blackout so it got light quite early in the morning.

Good location , only ten minutes from the beach. Lovely pool and hot tub. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, but some bar staff could be quite aloof. Room was a bit tired but comfortable. All in all would stay again.

A little dated, but clean. Expensive room for naff coffee, a holiday hotel room should have a coffee machine, not a travel lodge kettle.

Some disrepair, to rooms needs updating. The information on website still referred to Covid conditions. Stating to bring your own towels for swimming pools. This was not the case.

The only slight negative was a series of emails about 3 days before our arrival ostensibly asking me to check in but in reality a means to get me to pay in advance. Not appropriate when booking.com terms were pay on arrival. However these emails were easily ignored and so they should be.

Excellent hotel in terms of the value for money of its offering. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. There is a nice indoor swimming pool and some indoor games eg a pool table. Everything was clean and it all worked, which is not always the case even in higher standard hotels than this one, by which I mean such things as good shower pressure, plenty of toilet paper, nice big towels, lots of tea and coffee making products, good amount of space in the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was a good spread. There is a nice bar and it was possible to order some food in the bar area until 9pm. All in all extremely good value at the prices charged. It's not a luxury hotel, but everything is good and we were comfortable and impressed.
