Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast was a good spread to cater for all tastes. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juices, pastries, cooked breakfast well set out, bread and toaster with selection of honey, jams, Nutella etc. Clean plates, glasses and bowls and cutlery and napkins…. Nicely set out tables. During our stay was not able to eat outside but it would be so lovely to have breakfast on your decking area. Car parking on site.

Everything was fabulous. We both said that we had not stayed in a hotel so clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very good. Very good location.

United KingdomSuper clean room. Nicely designed building with excellent views across the water, Excellent restaurant, dinner was nicely cooked and well priced. Breakfast choice was certainly one of the best I've ever been offered. The staff were great and obviously proud to be working in such a great place. We were just passing through and may never be in this part of the world again but if you are, I recommend you give RNLI hotel a go. In a world of Travelodges and Premier Inns this is a breath of fresh air.

United KingdomThe RNLI College is in a great location, near to the waterfront with plenty of restaurants etc. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the room was perfect, very comfortable with lovely views across Poole Harbour. The restaurant gas good, sensibly priced and better value than most hotels; breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and delicious. Added to all of this, you are surrounded by history and information about the RNLI and contributing to the charity at the same time, All in all, the RNLI College exceeded our expectations.

It was exactly what I had expected from the RNL. A hot powerful shower like you would want if you were rescued from the sea.

This has been absolutely the top..all there, spotless, a great view and a full breakfast with all you wish...i travel extensively, do not like hotels as i have spent too much time there, but just found the RNLI seem to have got it right...and its in a good cause !
