The property was fantastic clean bedding and all the utilities we needed we took two babies and they loved the caravan and the caravan park with all the slides and attractions so perfect night away .

There was nothing we didnt like it was all great.

Caravan was spacious, clean, plenty of plates and glasses. The bedding was lovely and clean, smelled fresh. The location was nice and quiet. There were games for the kids and wifi.

Had 1 potato knife what wasn't sharp and no other sharp knifes.

The caravan is a great size and felt homely. It was clean, beds was made with clean bedding. Kitchen had pots and pans to cook with, plates and cups, knifes and forks. Everything was brilliant. Owner I spoken to was so helpful with any questions I had.

We had a very short stay of one night so little time to absorb location around property but no complaints about property itself. Well cared for lovely mobile home.

Only negative was maintenance letting themselves in the caravan without knocking first. Other than that everything was great!

Lovely, clean caravan which made us feel right at home and in a super good location! Didn't use the facilities on the park but great choice available, especially for families. Thanks for a lovely stay, would definitely stay again!

Only downside was that there was an empty tablet packet on the sink of the smaller bathroom which made us feel like a thorough clean hadn’t been done and a double quilt wasn’t provided for the second bed in the lounge area but we made do with the sheets etc but the caravan was still clean and tidy over all so would definitely stay again

We had a lovely time and this is a gorgeous caravan! We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back. Clean and comfortable and there was even tea and coffee and other condiments we could use. Close to the beach and local shops. Would definitely come again. 10/10

shower went cold very quickly and didn’t have a proper water flow when the hot was added to cold, only one of us could get a shower as we couldn’t get the water warm for a second. struggled to get the fire on as the pilot light wouldn’t work on the fire so had to use a duvet of a second bed to keep warm. issues with the tv not able to remove subtitles not sure if this was due to some buttons being damaged also couldn’t get internet to connect- minor issues for an overnight stay.

The caravan was beautiful, we got in and there were Christmas decorations already up which made us smile. We loved that there was already a DVD player, disks and board games in the caravan which made it even better as we were worried that we’d be bored in the caravan. We even decided to book another night. The owner was lovely to talk to and was happy to help us when we needed it. Our holiday was truly made special because of how cosy they made the caravan. We will definitely be coming back next year 🙂

In cold weather these caravans are hard to keep warm and have very little heating available - if you're booking in autumn or winter I'd recommend slippers and layers to keep cosy!

The caravan is lovely, with a large living space and kitchen area and all the bits and bobs you'd need. The bed was super comfy too, and the park itself is nice and quiet. There is a shop, two bars, a swimming pool and an arcade on site too, although a wristband to access all these is £8 for 3 days (we didn't purchase for just a one night stay). Midway between Rhyl and Prestatyn means you have access to great beaches and lots of things to do - we visited Rhuddlan castle which was great! Small mix up with keys but Louise kindly offered a late check out to make up for it which was lovely too.

Lovely caravan, clean and tidy all over. Everything you need is there.we had a brilliant weekend and will be returning again. The ladies who own it are lovely,very helpfull,more then accommodating even let us have early check in and late cheek out. Would definitely recommend to anyone little home from home 🏡 😊.

Needs alittle tlc,fridge door couldn't hold milk as was broken.cooker knobs need replacing.otherwie great. We arrived on Dec 29th for 3 nights reception not open.was told to come back at 5pm to see security for passes. Came back at 5pm to 2 rude security men who informed us we were to late for passes for New Years eve and it wasn't worth us buying any for the other 2 days,as pool was closed ,as was the supermarket and take away food outlet.Nothing was available to us. We spent money on taxis into Rhyl and Prestatyn and back. Definitely would NOT go to this site again for New Year.

Lovely caravan.ideal gor families as tv in both of the children's rooms.comfortable and clean.situated in a good area close to amenities. Think it would be a better site in summer but more expensive to book.

It was very grubby. Table runner had lots of sauce on it and was very sticky. There was no toilet roll and no towels which was disappointing. The staff in the caravan park were exceptionally rude on arrival when they realised we had booked through booking.com rather than through them. No help or advice 😞

It was handy to the town. The lady who owned it was lovely.
