We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were just a bit disappointed that when we had an evening meal in the Nusana restaurant we felt we were rushed to finish and go by staff. We were a booking towards the end of service so it felt like they wanted us to go so they could close up We were there for less than an hour. Disappointing when the meal was quite pricey too.

It is beautiful. The rooms are flawless, the spa is excellent and the service was exceptional with very professional, friendly staff and management who made sure our stay was wonderful. We stayed for our honeymoon it was the most peaceful, relaxing and luxurious two days - a slice of heaven! I’m pregnant and it was a great place to be with this in mind - FAQs and Spa sections on website are very helpful with information about what areas/treatments you can use in pregnancy. Restaurant staff were also very helpful with any questions I had about the food.

United KingdomThe only downside was that it was not possible to use the outdoor pool as it was in a special area. The staff didn't mention it at the check in so I'm not sure if it was a miss on our side or theirs.
The hotel & spa were perfectly located for us for a micro break on our way down from Scotland to England. Check in was super easy and the staff is very accommodating. It is quite a well manicured place with good spa facilities. Breakfast was pretty good as well. We did not use the golf course, so can't comment on that.

the staff just can’t do enough for you Maria the housekeeper was outstanding nothing was too much trouble if she didn’t work there I’d employ her!!! neve in the cocktail bar awesome she was funny and can make any cocktails you want even if it’s not on the menu we were late for dinner so the bloke on reception drove us there in a golf buggy and picked us up!! we will definitely be back i never write reviews but it was that good i felt I had to!!!

United KingdomCouldn't use the spa facilities until we had our room. Although we arrived very early as we've been on a weeks tour of the country, every other spa hotel we stayed in, allowed us use of the spa as soon as we arrived . We had a fee hours to kill till the 3pm check in. So we walked around the grounds and had a drink in the clubhouse. This would be my only recommendation for the hotel is to allow guests use of the facilities if they arrive early?
The rooms are spacious and air conned. Ben on the reception team was very helpful. The spa was out of this world and one of the reasons we visit. Gorgeous breakfast - did mess up though. Asked for no mushrooms and came with mushrooms, nothing major but when you detest mushrooms it puts you off. The views are amazing and the clubhouse is very comfortable with sky sports in the spikes bar.
