The sink didn’t work and the water was running on the floor

Nothing in particular, everything worked great! The only thing is that I asked to check out at 10.30am instead of 10am because we had an appointment nearby at 11am and they wanted to charge us 25£ for the extra hour. I absolutely understand that there are rules but a little bit of flexibility sometimes is nice.

We loved the modern style and the location was perfect to visit the city! It’s 5 mins walk from the London Bridge and Tower of London!

The fact that during our 3 nights stay, there was no cleaning - my expectation was that at least, the garbage would be taken away every day

The location is very good, the room was spacious and despite the fact that there were some reviews related to noisy street and/or construction area, for us was very ok

It is in a great location and the rooms were comfortable. These were apartments that were converted for room rentals. People need to know that you only got clean towels when asking. There were no water machines, ice machines, restaurants or other amenities of a regular hotel. But for the price and location it was a good value.

This was an access friendly room but we did not ask or need it consequently it had a Full wet room as a bathroom so shower made everything wet… not enough hooks to hang clothes etc to stop them getting wet. Regular room would prob have been fine

Clean, staff were friendly. Good location, easy to access wherever you want to visit- 5 minute walk from Tower of London. Room was sufficient enough for the 2 of us. Kitchen had dishwasher and washing machine, and had plenty of useful things in it if required.

NO luggage room , so we had to leave the luggages at the reception area.

Location is very good, the room we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped. Although during the day the traffic was busy, but it wasn't noisy during the night. Bed was very comfortable and found an extra pillow in the cupboard.

It was unfortunate that they had a water leak on some lower floors and we didn’t have any water until the morning. They had Plummer’s working into the early hours to fix it.

It was very spacious, light and super clean! It had a small kitchenette and a washing Maschine. Tea and coffee was provided. The location was perfect and had everything you need in close vicinity.

The building is next to the train rails, so I won't recommend if you're a light sleeper (trains start at 5AM).

One of the room’s showers did not work There’s a security light in the room that stays on all night, so bring an eye mask We weren’t able to check in early so had to get changed in the hotel’s loo and leave our bags in the office

Location was very noisy with traffic. Bins weren’t emptied before we checked in so had someone else’s rubbish. Didn’t feel that clean found a lot of hair on the bed. Location felt a little unsafe. Mattress was so uncomfortable and firm. Like sleeping on the floor.

The apartment itself had good amenities, small kitchenette with mugs etc. dishwasher and so on.

Unfortunately the cafe was closed for renovation while I was staying, although I believe it was only closed a few days. There were minor problems with the door key not working at first, and the card readers on the main entrance door and the alternative side door into the building both failed. I would like there to be more information about the hotel facilities in the room. Also, it would be good if there were recycling bins for glass and plastics on each floor.

The facilities in the room are great, with a cooker, microwave and even a washing machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good.
