Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Stocked tea, coffee, etc. Re-stocked. Reception staff were very responsive to our needs, especially in finding solutions to the cold rooms (our booking was in early January). They gave us extra duvets and heaters within minutes of asking. Although the hot water took a long time to draw from the taps, the shower was hot (important for an early morning January shower!) and the pressure was good, too.

United KingdomLeaky taps in the bathroom and the TV needs to be sorted out to receive the channels advertised.
I travelled for work so did not eat there, but the room was more than adequate. The TV could do with re-tuning as most channels came up as weak or no signal. The taps could do with looking at as the sink taps cannot be turned off and were leaking, not dripping but a constant slow flow. But on the up side the staff were very pleasant, and the bed was clean and comfy.
