When we booked and said there was 6 of us. They could of just given us 2 rooms, instead of us having the 3. Otherwise everything was great.

Place was very clean, comfortable, excellent value. There was 6 of us we had 3 rooms. Two rooms had 3 beds in each so we only used 2 rooms. Martin was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect pad for my Lakes adventures. Spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable bed and a kitchenette with everything I needed. Situated in a lovely quiet spot away from the main road and all the busy holiday traffic but only 10 mins walk to the train and buses to get out and about. Highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nothing really, except for maybe some coat hooks , we got a bit wet, expected in the Lakes, and it would have been good to hang the coats up.

Super clean and tidy studio apartment with every detail well thought through and eventualities catered for. The hosts were friendly , ensuring we had what we needed in a nice relaxed manner. Roger Ground guest house is in a peaceful location between Windermere and Bowness , so with in easy reach of both but away from the busyness. Always a bonus to have guest parking. We would definitely return/recommend.

Pleasant, quiet location with direct access to the property via a dedicated front door. Parking was conveniently right outside the property. The studio contained all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay over the weekend.

It was all fine for me.

The studio was in a nice quiet street. I liked having a front door straight into my room, and parking straight outside the property. Even though it was a kitchenette I had all the cooking facilities needed and everything could be compactly packed away. The studio was within walking distance of Windermere and Bowness on Windermere, both of which are nice places to go out.

The hill into the drive is a bit of a challenge as is the climb up the hill to the property so make sure you are fit and healthy. I would have loved access to the tantalisingly close back path which only seemed to be for the property owners use meaning we had to go the long way round. Only other suggestion would be a towel holder in the bathroom but that is such a minor point.

Excellent property close to local amenities. All you need for a visit to Windermere and Bowness. Bed comfortable. Well appointed facility with car parking space. A visitors comments book with hints and ideas would have been useful but otherwise great wee property.

Only one bedside cabinet. Outside front door light didn't work. Shower room a bit small.

Location short walk to windermere and bowness. Steamer to Ambleside. Everything you needed provided in the apartment and more. If we needed anything nothing was too much trouble.

Clean room. A nice text from the owner with information for check in. Comfy bed, waterfall style shower, quiet location but close to local amenities, free parking and all the kitchen utensils and equipment youd need. It was all great.
