Could do with a few more basic accessories, i.e., extra toilet roll, no big towels, just small sizes, no hand towel to dry hands after using the toilet. Windows is very drafty. Found slugs around kitchen worktop in the morning, which meant I threw out my apples. We arrived early from Devon and had no email of information, went to the reception who said they don't deal with booking.com and seemed very unhelpful at first, they agreed to ring the number on booking and then was told we can't access property until 14.00 which was no problem as we was early then waited for an email to give us a safe key box number to access the key, waited another half an hour then went back to teception for them to ring owner again as we couldn't get in then finally we received email and text to confirm code number. At this point the receptionist was abrupt and seemed frustrated by us and the inconvenience caused to her chat with her colleague.she said the owner new I was early and it was up to them when I could gain access, after paying nearly 400 pound for 3 nights I was abit disappointed by our intial start. Also, I do believe the swimming pool should be of use to people staying as it was an extra charge. Initially, the accommodation looked clean, but on a closer look, there was lots of dust, and the floors weren't very clean. They needed a good mop.

Near the beach, accommodation was big enough, has a kettle,oven and some utensils but enough for our stay. Clean bedding and comfy.

Very expensive for what it is. Kitchen equipment could be better stocked (bigger pots and pans)!, some hassle organising entertainment passes to use the swimming pool.

Park in general in need of update but of no fault to our host.

Impeccably clean apartment! Lovely location on site, just close enough to all amenities without being too close for the evening entertainment to be heard. Apartment had all the facilities we needed, oven, toaster, kettle, shower and other essentials, even allowed ours dogs for a small extra charge :)

Lovely 2 bedroom, very comfortable and well furnished. Really good location for family getaway by the sea side.

The blinds to all the windows are privacy roller blinds but they do not stop any light coming in so with young children it means they are up when the sun comes up. Darker blinds would be good but that is a personal preference.

All in all a very pleasant apartment albeit in a block of apartments many of which are run down and unkempt. But it is a caravan site and a nice one at that so nothing really to complain about.

The apartment was very dirty, it needed a hoover and mop to it, bedding and sofa stained a few broken items, dirty cups and mugs

We loved the arcade and the kids park is on site and close to beach

i would like you to take this response as a complaint. we found the apartment disgusting. the blinds did not fit so no privacy, the oven tray was stained with burnt remains, the sheets were stained but the worst was the state of the kitchen cladding. obviously the cladding was there to hide the damp. the walls were leaking water whenever it rained. the cladding was coming away from the wall and the material from the dampness leaked onto our belongings on the bench. you could smell the dampness coming from it. the place had earwigs. i have added photos for you viewing. i have tried to add photographs but you have made it very impossible. if need to i will write to you with my evidence. kevin horspool

The property was not cleaned adequately at all. When I arrived I found dog hairs all around the property and although I understand animals are allowed, the property should have been cleaned thoroughly prior to my arrival. I have a 6 month old baby and younger children and I did not feel comfortable leaving them to roam freely in the apartment. The floor was also dirty, not swept or mopped properly. Because it was so dirty I had to use a lint roller on the sofa and then lay my own blanket over it to let my son sit there. The baby developed a rash on his face also. There was no wifi as well and the woman only messaged me the next day to say it had been resolved which meant for 1 whole day I had no wifi. Furthermore, I wasn’t able to get our passes to access the pool and other amenities as the woman had not put through the form to give us the passes. Even once I got the passes, I couldn’t book an activity online as it wouldn’t even recognise my booking reference. I am appalled at the service I received and for the money I paid. I would not recommend this place at all.
