Tv reception was not good might just have been location ,Could maybe use a blackout blind ,Sun streaming in at 5 in the morning , carpet might need a shampoo in the future .

Great Location ,very easy checking in, booked ground floor single clean and tidy with great shower and nice bathroom ,very comfy bed slept very well ,plenty of choice for the self service continental breakfast .

Breakfast was very carbohydrate - heavy: mostly packaged and not very healthy options.

We were given a room “upgrade” to a spacious, comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. There was a small fridge, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Very nice.

TV reception seemed to be affected by the weather at times.

Comfortable, clean room and ensuite bathroom. The hosts were friendly & helpful & nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The access to the kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer was much appreciated. The self-help breakfast was plentiful & had a good selection. It could be taken at a time to suit the guest, which was great if one wanted to have a lie-in. Location was good and within easy reach of places if interest etc. It was also in a quiet area. I will definitely stay here again if in Stonehaven.

Shower really needed a better clean, st breakfast no butter/ spead for toast. I text owners /managers re this + they never acknowledged it ..think thats bad customer service

Perhaps could invest in a strong board or ramp, to save Michal from having to haul wheelchairs in and out of the building. For other and future wheelchair users too. Not really a "not like" comment.

Michal walked along to meet me and show me the way to the building. He almost single handledly managed to haul my heavy electric wheelchair up over the 1 high step, in. I had the whole of the ground floor, plus access to a small enclosed garden and full use of the facilities, which was great, as I had my Assistance dog with me. Lovely good sized bedroom with all the facilities you could wish for, for an overnight stay. Continental breakfast, with lots on offer. Michal arrived after 9am, with milk and other provisions and took my wheelchair, backwards, back out the front door, helped me with my bags and even gave me directions to where I wanted to go. 10+ /10 for everything.

Booked last minute for fireball event on Hogmanay. Single room with very comfy bed and tea/coffee etc in room. Breakfast was continental but had a very big range to choose from. You will not be disappointed with breakfast 👌. If up in this area again I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. 2 minutes from market square, Main Street and beachfront.

The breakfast was a bit basic and it would have been good to have some healthier options available, like wholemeal bread and healthier breakfast cereals. Also, some real coffee, rather than just instant, would be an improvement for the breakfast facilities.

The room was lovely and comfortable with excellent facilities and a nice clean bathroom. The staff were very responsive and friendly when I rang asking about how to enter the property. The location was excellent for local shops, restaurants, bars etc. and also very close to the beach for walking and relaxing.

Excellent location and Anna is very flexible. You can have your breakfast whenever you wish as it is self service and the room was excellent. I came with a dog and Anna was very accommodating and it is great to take the dog on the beach for a walk. Room was cleaned daily and towel changed.

The walls are very thin so I could hear the people next door talking, having sex and then snoring very loudly
