Great location on the river close to the centre and the cathedral. There is a nice restaurant on site offering dinner and breakfast. The room was in a well renovated building, the decor was nice, there was a freestanding bath in our room and an electric shower in a separate bathroom. I wouldn't fault the hotel, but a pair of guests in the room opposite to ours were quite noisy all through the night, so I personally didn't get a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable though.

Nothing really. My husband said there was a little noise from the riverside terrace which our room overlooked although we were in bed very early after a long day of walking so not unreasonable. It didnt disturb me at all.

Stylish, clean and perfectly located. Lovely complimentary prosecco on the terrace on arrival. Staff very helpful. Gorgeous meal in the restaurant and delicious cocktails! Breakfast also fabulous whilst watching the swans in the river.

If anything we avoided the lift as it was a tad old and compact.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing. The room was lovely. Browns was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there previously. It exceeded all expectations. The front of house gentleman, Richard I think was very welcoming and helpful from the point that we arrived until we departed.

Beautiful room, really large and plush. The bathroom was gorgeous and all spotlessly clean. Location is excellent, and we had an amazing view from our room. Staff are so nice and the cocktails were very good! Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice.

Boutique by Browns in Worcester is such a wonderful place to stay. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everything was just perfect. We were upgraded to the penthouse house which was just phenomenal. All the staff were fantastic and the breakfast was excellent as were the views of the river and the swans. I would highly recommend this place.Most definitely 5 🌟

There was nothing to dislike..i think only thing that slightly frustrated me was the couple in room above had a blazing row and we could hear it but not hotels fault 😔

Warm and friendly welcome and a complimentary drink on arrival... so great first impressions. Rest of stay didn't disappoint... our room was spacious and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The fabulous on site bar and restaurant was well staffed who were both helpful and friendly. The food and service were amazing, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend Boutique by Browns to anyone who's looking for somewhere to stay in Worcester ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a great establishment.

Lovely hotel with great food and staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Would be nice if clearer instructions regarding room service had been available though i.e a room phone or a clear room service number on the menu or guest guide but was so nice regardless. Room was luxurious, comfortable, very clean. I would recommend to anyone.

There is nothing that we didn't like, we cannot fault it in any way. It's a shame the dining room is closed in the evenings on Sunday and Monday but we appreciate that staff need time off. I'm sure the food in the evenings in the hotel would have been great. This is not a gripe about the hotel in any way, we are extremely pleased with the whole experience. There are plenty of eateries in the city to choose from.

The room was really lovely, very clean and spacious. Hotel is in a quiet position by the river. The breakfast was nice, well cooked and presented with polite, helpful staff in the dining room and on reception. The dining room was closed in the evening on Sunday and Monday but we would definitely have dined in there had it been open. We would definitely use the hotel again and recommend it to our friends.
