We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt’s well maintained and beautifully decorated. The rooms are boutique styled with modern showers, coffee machine and robes for comfort. The restaurant is bright, well laid out and the food is outstanding. There’s a great choice of drinks including wine & cocktails. The team here make every effort to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. It’s a really lovely hotel.

Loved the room it was quaint and cosy lovely big bed. The hotel had a fabulous restaurant where we had our evening meal and breakfast the next day food was outstanding.

United KingdomWe had dinner in the hotel and ordered a bottle of wine. It was delivered to the table but the waiter did not open, offer to taste or pour the wine. A bit disappointing compared to the absolutely lovely hotel room.
Stayed in Room 301. Fabulous room with a great view of the river and the Cathedral. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of items and good quality. Staff were attentive at breakfast.

Great location on the river close to the centre and the cathedral. There is a nice restaurant on site offering dinner and breakfast. The room was in a well renovated building, the decor was nice, there was a freestanding bath in our room and an electric shower in a separate bathroom. I wouldn't fault the hotel, but a pair of guests in the room opposite to ours were quite noisy all through the night, so I personally didn't get a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable though.

United KingdomNothing really. My husband said there was a little noise from the riverside terrace which our room overlooked although we were in bed very early after a long day of walking so not unreasonable. It didnt disturb me at all.
Stylish, clean and perfectly located. Lovely complimentary prosecco on the terrace on arrival. Staff very helpful. Gorgeous meal in the restaurant and delicious cocktails! Breakfast also fabulous whilst watching the swans in the river.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing. The room was lovely. Browns was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there previously. It exceeded all expectations. The front of house gentleman, Richard I think was very welcoming and helpful from the point that we arrived until we departed.
