Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room numbers are useless. Totally and completely useless. Signage is useless. They do have lots of signs but they aren't clear and the way they number the rooms is mind boggling. You literally just walk round looking for your number on the door. You would assume they are in order but they aren't. Some are but then BOOM it changes and jumps 30 numbers randomly. I'd stay again but I'd ask them EXACTLY where my room was
It's very clean and fresh. The young man that checked us in was exceptional. Very polite, welcoming and most importantly normal. Room is clean and comfy.

United KingdomWe were staying as a family of 3 staying for 3 nights on the 3rd night i had to ask for towels and toiletries. No one came near our room for the duration of our stay to change towels, toilet roll, tea bags coffee and milk or to empty the bins. The tvs could also do with being updated to smart tvs so guests can log into their netflix or prime accounts.
Hotel was great keeping some original features and the rooms where clean modern and spacious with very comfortable beds. Staff we're friendly and the building itself was beautiful.

United KingdomBloody damn hot place ! Even with window open to max, woke up at 4am & felt a little suffocated. Aircon won’t listen to my demand to power to 13* temp set as it was set by outside ( building? Reception? HO?) to 19-22* ( why?? it’s a small studio, let people regulate own temp request, it won’t hurt? ) my own fault didn’t help by accidentally switching a thermostat In bathroom to floor heating max, felt awful at night. Such a Beautiful hotel.

Perfect location with shops, restaurants and bars right on the doorstep... Great room with everything you need - oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster etc... Fabulous free coffee and croissant each morning and really handy essentials shop counter for things like milk, small meals and snacks etc... Only 5 minute walk to train station and AO Arena too.

The location is amazing opposite Arndale Mall in the heart of the city center. The building is spectacular and the room is spacious & spotless. The beds were very comfortable and & I am planning to book again on my next visit to Manchester.

United KingdomUnfortunately the showers were cold / lukewarm late evening. There was an unusual smell along the corridor where room 123 was, might be because it is above a restaurant (?), luckily we were not staying on this part of the corridor but had to walk through it.
It is central, clean, easy to check in, the rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and it has all the facilities you need. I would recommend and go back.
