Not a dislike but more cups and plates would be helpful for Dinners etc and door has a large gap at bottom. Info on where to report noisy neighbours who were partying behind us until 12.30am was very disappointing but a site issue not controlling noise.

Couldn't fault anything. Very clean and modern and loved the extra touches including bowls and towel for the dog. Owner very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Fabulous home, so comfortable and clean. Ensuites to both bedrooms. Everything you could possibly need. Krisztina and her husband are very welcoming, and I really enjoyed staying in Rosa. Would definitely return!

Leaking radiator in single beds shower room. Very squeaky doors need oiling Need baking trays/salt and pepper Need a dry parking place, especially in wet, muddy conditions. EV CHARGING POINT NEEDED, BUT OUT OF ORDER

I felt a bit guilty parking on the grass beside the home as the weather was really bad and I didn't want to churn the ground up. Maybe a small hardstand is needed.

The only thing I can kind of complain is the heating was on thru the night early hours and wished it could be on daytime hours

Our only niggle was the lack of some expected kitchen equipment- there was no kitchen sink plug, broom or dustpan brush, scissors, grater, cafetiere ( and to be honest a coffee pod machine would be nice), jug and worst of all no corkscrew! Otherwise nothing to dislike!

We would stay here again . Arrival instructions very clear, good security on site. Good that you park right outside . The unit was a good size and very clean. Great that both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Nice touches such as bottle of wine left on arrival, books to read, toys for kids. Great choice of TV channels.

Very clean, lovely comfortable beds and pillows. Easily contactable owners. Nice touches, bottle of wine, tea, hot choc, coffee, biscuits and milk. Dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. On a nice site too.

Well stocked with a few essentials, tea,coffee etc. Very clean & fresh. Great that there were some books & kids toys for us to use during our stay-our 3 YO loved the lego blocks. Thanks for providing these. Also, the dog bowel& towel-lovely touch.

Grear location, shop, swimming pool and games on site. Lovely pub within walking distance. Cleanliness was up to high standard, fully equipped including coffee tea sugar milk even biscuits. Bottle of wine as complimentary gift. Excellent place to stay definitely recommend.

Nothing we didn't like. Hope to be able to come stay again. It would be useful if there was a sun umbrella .

We liked where Rosa was. Nice quiet site, Rosa was very clean. The cleanest caravan I've stayed in. ( Usually I have to do some cleaning) ( Not this time) It was lovely touch to have a bottle of wine on the table. Nice to have tea coffee sugar and chocolate sachets and in little packs biscoff biscuits, Carton of semi skimmed milk. Towels and beds made up. There was washing up liquid and pan scour dishwasher tablets provided and tea towel. There was shower gel and shampoo dispenser in showers and hand wash and body mistouisor. Dispenser by the sinks. Hair dryers in each bedroom. The rooms had good lighting. If you like to grate your cheese you need to take a grater with you. And oven try and jug if you think you will use them. Rosa is a nice spacious caravan we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Rosa caravan. Definitely would come back and stay again.

There really was nothing to dislike.

The property had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners had thought of everything with some lovey touches to welcome us. The caravan is very clean and fitted to a high standard. The location is great to explore Bournemouth, Poole, the new forest and the Jurassic coast, to name but a few. The site is great for all ages.

On site shop pricey but everything about caravan perfect

Beautiful spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom caravan. Everything was so clean! Had all essentials for us such as toilet roll, fairy liquid, shower gel etc aswell as books and games. Better than expected. But the shop on site does bare minuim and also very pricey so stop off and buy groceries before you get to Rosa.
