I disliked the bathroom the water was so hot it was boiling hot and you couldn’t make it colder, secondly the toilet didn’t have any shower gel or anything, and the room didn’t have blowdryer

We arrived at the location and discovered that parking permit for residents were required to park in the actual road and surrounding roads. My husband was not able to walk very far so we had a major issue. We spoke to the neighbours. One of them wanted £6 to give us two x 0ne hour parking permit which would not have been sufficient for our stay. Another neighbour was kinder and gave us a few tickets to cover the next morning.

The room allocated Room 1 was too small for a couple (double bed in a small room) no room for luggage or moving about. But I rang the number given and it was rectified straight away. We got room 2 which was just right for two people, specially with my husband being disabled. We were downstairs which was a bonus.

Walls are thin so you can hear in the other rooms. No blinds behind the curtains which are quite exposing and open.

Great value for money, good kitchen facilities, Netflix available, comfortable bed!

The rooms really didn't look lie on the Photos. They were way smaller. Luckily the host was so nice and made us switch the room for a bigger one.

a man who was also staying at the property burst into my room unannounced to ask me something. This is no reflection on the staff and my door was unlocked at this point however I just felt unsafe after that. Also the area is a little out of the way

The shared lounge area. Some guests used this, it was right outside my room so very noisy.

- Breakfast Cereals was not sufficient with no refill. Considering cereals for breakfast there was no milk provided. - Being a corner house, there were lot of homeless people smoking and shouting in the middle of night

I think there should be instructions on how to use some items in the kitchen since something's operate differently and people that come from abroad are not use to some of the English equipments

The room was clean airy and bright I was on the ground floor, did have a slight problem with the electric myself and another guest was trying to cook at the same time when we some how manage to flipped the switch off but the owner did send someone to fix it but apart from that everything else was good

the property was easily located, rooms where modern, clean and comfy. it was budget friendly, and good value for money. 10/15 mins away from Westfield City, London Stadium, Stratford Railway station. Owner was so helpful and lovely; made exceptions for early check in and gave me a place to stay while i waited on my room being ready.

Although easy to use the tube for transport, the location didn’t feel as safe at night as other areas of London, would recommend bussing to/from train station

Room with private bathroom was spacious, clean (10/10) and comfortable bed. Space to hang clothing and fan & windows to keep the room cool. Washing machine and kitchen were also a great bonus

Not everyone travels by car but if arrangements can be made through the local council for visitors to pay for parking this would be very useful. We parked at our daughter's to avoid the risk of being fined for not paying for residential parking.

We didn't use the breakfast facilities as we ate out with family and friends.

There is a surprising lack of cold water in the shower and it heats up way too fast. But if you leave the tap running while taking a shower, the temperature becomes more tolerable.

The stay was good, the room was clean and the owner put a fan in the rooms so it doesn't become too hot. The house was very clean and there were snacks and drinks provided.
