Nothing really , the staircase might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues

Wonderful B & B, the bedroom was in an annexe to the main house ( a converted barn situated in the owners garden ) reached by a steep outside stair case, very comfortable large double bed, delicious continental breakfast, TV with Netflix/Amazon ( just remember to bring your passwords ), great location for visiting National Trust properties such as Batemans and Sisssinghurst. Would definitely recommend and will make a return visit.

There was nothing the owner could have improved on. Our only problem until we got used to it was the sloping ceiling at the sides of the room and being tall, we kept forgetting and banging our head on it.

Received friendly welcome and found the room very spacious with everything provided. The breakfast which was left for us was excellent with a wide variety of items all of first class quality. Wide selection of teas and coffees and a fridge and small microwave. Table and chairs available to sit in the garden. Way above the average B&B. Will definitely visit again.

The accommodation is accessed via a number of steps so would be unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

The immaculate and comfortable accommodation was separate from the house so felt very private. A substantial and delicious continental breakfast was provided and the hosts went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here. If you book soon you can see their puppy!!!

Some instructions for the coffee machine would have been good (the other coffee was rather out of date).

Good location for our trip. Very cosy with a little table and chairs set out in the back garden. Lovely on a sunny afternoon!

The breakfast was excellent - a lovely choice and plenty of it. The location was ideal for trips out and eating. The setting was perfect for a peaceful break. Our hosts were always available, friendly but were never invasive.

the property was spotless. breakfast was amazing, everything you needed was there, milk, butter, bread, cereals, pastries, jam, teas (multiple options) hot chocolate and coffee the owner was really friendly and very welcoming

We had a great stay in the self-contained annex above the garage. Kate welcomed us on arrival and also checked all was okay during our stay. The rooms were clean with comfortable furnishings. A very good continental breakfast was provided. The annex is in a quiet location and close to a number of NT properties, Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum.

Nothing, everything was lovely. Steps to property could prove steep and difficult for anyone uncertain on their feet.

A lovely comfortable and private B&B with a good continental breakfast in your own dining area and a friendly welcome. Just what we wanted in these Covid times - a clean and tidy property with no-one else to bother us.

My husband stole the duvet, so I wish I’d brought a spare for myself🤔

It was independent from the main house. It was very clean and comfortable, in a quiet location, with great choices for breakfast. The Host was charming.
