Nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Loved this house it had everything we needed for our short stay. A bit high up but worth it to get the amazing views across the Clyde & even had a baby deer visit in our garden. The comfiest bed I have slept in ❤️

We couldn't find one thing that we didn't like.

Sonia's home is just the perfect home from home to have a fabulous trip. Our family for Australia were with us and they too were absolutely delighted with this apartment. Everything that you would need was there. Beds big and very comfy. Kitchen was big and lends itself to spending lots of time eating there. The sitting room was large and very comfy and the cast iron fire made it so cosy on the cold days we were in Rothesay. Location to the town was a good stroll down hill and good exercise climbing back up. The zig zag path up from parking lit up in the evening making it safe footing. Ferry was right in town too which made drive on and drive off easy.

Fabulous view over Rothesay bay. 15 mins walk into town. Easy instructions and communication with owner. House and facilities spot on. Very comfy and peaceful. Steep incline up to house, so beware if you have mobility issues.

I think the photos could be better about the hill up to the front door - it was absolutely fine for all of our party who's ages ranged from 10 - 82 years old but something to consider for any with mobility issues. I do have to say though that the host immediately contacted me after booking to ensure the path would be ok for everyone so really well handled.

The location and accommodation were great, just a short walk to the centre. There was also a woods along the road which had nice paths through it to walk. The heating was arranged through the host who answered any communication via the app quickly. Set up in the house was great with a fantastic view and bench outside which we got to use a little due to the weather.

The accomodation is fantastic. It is spacious, immaculately clean and very stylish. And that view! All facilities are within an easy 5 - 10 minute walk, there is parking outside and the owners were really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine although elderly and less mobile persons would experience difficulty walking up the steep path that takes you from the road to the property.

Everything was fine. People with mobility problems would find it difficult to walk up the hill to get to the front door but that was not an issue for our group.

Spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable accommodation in an amazing location with spectacular views over the bay and just a short walk to the pier and the town centre with restaurants and shops.

It’s hard to say what we didn’t like. Yes it’s up a sloping path from were you can park your car but it’s well kept and well lit. We’re in no way the fittest family but it wasn’t a problem, even the eldest of our party at 83 with her walking stick managed it!

Where to start? We had an amazing family stay at Dairsie View to welcome in 2023. The property is beautiful, so stylish. Equipped with everything you need. Was great to open a few cupboards in the kitchen and find things we had forgotten to pack, simple things like this make a difference. We cooked 3 course meals in the spacious kitchen then sat as a family round the table, perfect. The grand style of the living room was beautiful and what a view! I could sit there all day, even watched some fireworks from the town at The Bells! Decor was lovely throughout, classical but quirky with some of the kitchen pictures that we enjoyed 😊 Sonia kept in touch with us to make sure everything went smoothly with our stay, excellent host. We are already of talking about when we can return in the summer!

We failed to get the T.V. working & were unable to locate a manual.

Location is stunning ,amazing views and within easy reach of Rothesay centre . Beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Older people would possibly struggle with access to the property ,as it has a very steep approach path. However our party of 3 brothers (72 ,70 ,and 67 ) did manage but were quite breathless upon attaining the " summit ".

The long and winding unpaved path leading up to the premises, difficult to find your footing in the dark, inadequate lighting. Noise coming from the house above, very loud random thuds and banging.

It was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equiped, Large windows which gave Lovely views over the bay.

I did a washing only to find when I opened the dryer there was a note telling me it was faulty, I would not have done a washing had I known. The location was great for the view but I will not be returning for the following reasons, The parking was very bad you could not get near the apartment every time, you had to park further away and the road was very narrow. Also we found the pathway to the house was too steep for us.

We liked the view, the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfy beds.
