We were cycling the West Highland Way, they let us lock the bikes up overnight in their shed. The packed lunch was just right for us. Breakfast was a selection of cereals and toast.

No power plugs at the bed and just 2 in a 6 bed-room. The Beds are a bit too short for tall people and the end is closed so not possible to stretch. WiFi wasn't working in the lounge, but in the kitchen area only. Prices at the reception were quite high considering the easy to go to location.

Friendly Staff, Rooms clean, quiet at night and a great location right next to the lake and on the WHW. Strong and very hot shower. Enough toilets. Comfy lounge with a superb view. Dinner was good for the price and Breakfast was ok, though no one checked whether it was reserved / paid for or not, so everyone just came and grabbed what was needed.

Great location, on the West Highland Way. Great lounge for relaxing in with giant windows and a beautiful view over Loch Lomond. Warm welcome. Two pillows and a nice thick duvet on the bed were great.

A lovely stay as always - my favourite hostel. Lovely location on WHW and with amazing views of Loch Lomond from the superb lounge area. Very comfy and clean bedroom and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The place is amazing, specially the view. The hostel is comfortable and nice. The living room is beautiful and has an amazing view aswell.

The bed linen were a bit worn out and the room didn't seem very clean. The toilets were ok, but the showers need some maintenance. We stayed there for "emergency", but it was too expensive for what it is. One more point: the breakfast was not included in our booking, so I paid it in advance at the check in, but in the morning no one checked us.

The location and the building are amazing, as well as the lounge area and the kitchen.

Very basic. We had a room for 6 with bunked beds. The floor was tilted, shared showers and bathroom which are ok but not more. Dinner and breakfast are overpriced and are below average even for a place like this. The stuff were ok but did not get out of their way to help with questions.

Lobby is comfortable and a bonus (you can find books and board games).

Friendly and accommodating staff, cozy lounge, hot showers, conveniently located, great breakfast and a hearty packed lunch: a sandwich, fruit, pack of crisps, chocolate bar/treat and juice box.

The showers were a bit of a nightmare, water not draining away and also having to go upstairs to use them.

Staff were brilliant, really helpful. Lounge area was comfortable and food was really good. Bedroom was basic but beds were comfy.

The wifi didn't work and the bed was not comfortable. It was quite cold during the night and we both caught a little bit of a cold. There is dinner available, which is great, but the food wasn't as good as expensive it was.

The location is great, right next to the trail. The view is great and the bathroom was shared but it was not a problem, there was enough hot water for everyone. The breakfast was a good deal and they had lunch bags available.
