The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. Bits could do with a bit more of a clean, mainly the bathroom. The kitchen could do with some more cooking things, saucepans dishes etc. It's fine for people that eat out all the time but having kids we ate in more than out and there was only one or two saucepans so a few more things would have been handy. And a hoover would be good, would have been easier to clean up after the kids!

The cutlery was very scarce - it was quite surprising, considering that the rest of the apartment was very well equipped.

The place was comfortable, luminous, spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment had already shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, oil, kitchen detergent, kitchen towels etc, and they were of good quality - quite the contrast with so many other places that do not have anything at all, not even a bit of salt. The location is easily accessible but requires a car to get anywhere interesting in Cardiff -- however, the place has its own parking space.

Mike is an amazing human! He is calm, compassionate and very specific in his approach! If anyone has to visit Cardiff, jus dial in Mike and he is the go-to man for any future trips! P.S. I have added a lighter to the house if anyone needs to light the candle.

I found one issue in the bathroom and I know this time of year it is a struggle to keep it at bay, there was quite a big amount of mould on top of the window sill in the bathroom which I did notice, however didn’t really notice it was there much apart from that it was a great stay

I loved how stylish it was and the space that it had for the two of us, we loved the decor and it was really homey, everything was easy enough to use in the kitchen and things to use wear easily accessible like stuff to cook with

Everything was perfect!!

The property was very, very clean and spacious. It had all the essentials we needed without going out to buy it ourselves ie, washing powder, salt, sugar, teas and coffees and much more. Comfy beds and also had Netflix which was a bonus. Great location and Mike was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time we are in Cardiff.

My family came to visit for the weekend and watch the rugby at the Principality stadium. All of us were driving and although 3 cars turned up (from different parts of the country) we were able to use the available parking space and find parking outside no worries. The flat was perfect and would say better then the pictures suggest. We had a great stay and will book again should we be having another weekend in Cardiff. Its a short drive to the centre or taxi ride but great location if you have a car and want to explore south Wales as access to the M4 is really close.

The floor in the bathroom is uneven and clearly dangerous as I fell backwards and hit my head. I was in agony this needs to be repaired and be flat as you don't expect to fall backwards attempting to use the toilet.

The appartment was sparkling clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is a very quiet location with an easy drive to Cardiff City Centre. Great communications from the host including a much appreciated reminder about sending details to get my deposit money back.
