Difficult parking - not comfy in the living room.

Studio rather than a suite. The accessible wet room had four grab rails around the toilet and basin but none in the vast shower area. A number of items did not match the specification: Not a “King size” bed; “Fully equipped kitchen” lacked cookware and only cooking appliance was a microwave grill. Only coffee table to eat at. No wardrobe or chest of drawers. Four coats and hangers for clothes storage by entrance door. No instructions for the air conditioning.

Location and lift to all floors. Comfortable bed and settee. Large screen TV.

They promised simple parking but it was a pain. The receptionist couldn't tell if we could park in their parking lot and just directed us to NCP, which is the tightest parking I've ever been in. They weren't able to give us the discount code for it they promised so we ended up paying £15 per day. The best thing you can do to improve is make parking simpler.

Extraordinary location. A lot quieter than I hoped given the location. Big and nicely kept apartment.

Youth trying to manage their hormons by lout singing in the middle of night (main street view, so somehow acceptable).

Central location, friendly welcoming host, large room with a resting area, cool view and a clean, spacious bathroom. The entrance to this place is located 30sec from airport bus and 10 sec from pub! We stored luggage here for few hours - safe and sound.

It was 38 degres when we arrived to the apartment, too hot, it was a problem with the heat, we tried to open the windows but there were locked, we were day for two days and still it was hot. We could not find the place when we arrived the first night, doors locked and you don’t see the place, we had to ask different people and it was in front of us. Difficult to park to unload the suitcases , doble yellow line and a trafic light in front of the door.

Very good, impresive, size, confortable, clean, staff helpfull. We booked one apartment with two bedroom and it was beatifull, with everything included. You are right in the old city centre, we went walking from there to the beach, about half an hour.

Clothes airer to help dry laundry from washing machine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to drop off our bags pre check in time but were able to check in straight away as our suite had been cleaned and was ready early. Excellent location with easy access throughout, has a lift to all floors. Suite was very comfortable with pretty much everything you would need and was very quiet, considering city centre location. Will definitely use again. Thanks

Lack of parking close by! Difficult to get close with car to offload cases!

Freezer in fridge is quite small so if staying longer than few days you couldn't store freezer foods, but fridge is small so understandable

The only complaint is the room we were in didn't have double glazing, although from the outside a lot of the other windows looked as if they did, not the best when the rooms are based above a bar and beside the town clock.... To be fair though it was a Saturday night and the clock stopped chiming at 12am I think, I still slept well.

The staff were excellent, my husband has a mobility scooter and the lady that was on when we arrived opened the service door to let us in with the scooter and even got an extension lead so it could charge in the hall as we couldn't get it up to the room. The rooms were spotless and the location was in a great place to be able to do what we needed to do.

The noise from clock tower and people on the streets. The staff receptionist was bit cold in dealing with people.

Location was in centre of Aberdeen. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean.

The church bells ringing every 15 minutes from 0700 o’clock. Massively irritating when you’ve got the opportunity to have a long lie for a change.

The heating/aircon did not seem to be working during our stay. There was an oil filled radiator which we used to heat the bedroom up.

The bells every 15 minutes from the town house but that doesn't reflect on the stay at all. Only 1 cosmetic issues was the panel on the bath looked a bit rough/ broken. Everything else was perfect

The suite was clean and fresh with stunning views of union street. And the receptionist was brilliant. So warm and friendly

The one things that is a huge own goal is that the hotel doesn't clean the outside of the apartment windows nearly enough. The views are great and the windows themselves are huge and beautiful - but are distracted from by the fact they're completely covered in muck. A little elbow grease would go a long long way. Beware how you approach the accommodation too, the Aberdeen Council seem to have some very sneaky bus lanes set out to entrap unwitting drivers with a welcoming fine.

Location is excellent and surprisingly quiet at night. Value was excellent too, we had more than enough space for us and our dog and liked the size of the apartment.
