I loved the fact that Booking.com had told the hotel there were only 3 of us booked when in fact there were 4 of us. However the hotel trusted that my confirmation for 4 people was in fact what I paid for

The view was awful, it was overlooking an alley full of rubbish.

Rob was fantastic!! He went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. That man needs a pay rise!! He made the stay worth while.

We were moved and didn’t get the seaview room I’d booked. The Royal Seabank was far too hot where, rooms were tiny and like a sauna we had to use a desk fan and leave it on with window open. It wasn’t the room I wanted or hotel.

We were moved from the royal Carlton and my booking.com hasn’t updated so this is based on the sister hotel we had to stay at The Royal Seabank

Some residents were "over enthusiastic" however thats Blackpool and the staff handled it very well, actually enjoyed people watching lol. You can tell a good Hotel when things go wrong and they just handle it with no fuss and everyone is happy.

Room was well appointed and comfortable, all worked as it should and loads of thoughtful extras like a fan without having to ask! FOOD, good honest wholesome food, well prepared with skill and flare. The buffet style I had allowed as many trips as I wanted, the prawns were nice followed by the pork in a sticky black bean sauce was hard to beat but the casserole was also excellent, sweets were home produced and full of flavour, i had cheesecake and a lovely mousse, both hand made and so good. Thank you for that!

No complaints, just a little advice. The room was a good size for money but could do with little up to date design details and a change of mattress (a little too springy) with also the suggestion of a hairdryer for those who may have forgotten

,although the hotel offered a comfortable stay And good food the hotel itself needs quite a bit of work done, interior and exterior . Previously stayed at the hotel on two other occasions its now needing refurbished.

I found the bathroom a little dirty.

The property is very clean and the staff super friendly. I have to say don’t expect anything more than a place to set your bags down and go out. It’s a great location next to the pleasure beach. You can catch the tram right outside the hotel or walk 30 minutes to the Blackpool tower.

The confusing layout of the rooms/numbers.

The staff were exemplary. Everyone was friendly, willing to converse and help. Big shout out to Ashley what a gent 👍. Great location and good standard of rooms.

Too be honest we thought we were getting a balcony but it was the one next door so our mistake. The floors omg you had to be very drunk for them to appear straight! It was comical how much the wardrobe tilted into the wall and how the toilet leant forward so you nearly slid off. The pillows on the bed disappeared under the large gap of headboard. Bed and pillows really uncomfortable and the whole pace needed a lot of modernisation and smartening up.

Breakfast and evening meal was lovely. It was great to see the chef in clean whites checking in with guests. Staff were very helpful and the outside seating area was lovely.

Room was a bit small for being a twin room,holes in the wall,that had been covered over,how dirty the balcony was,it could have all done with a lick of paint,so paying £270.00 i would have expected a little more
