We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. We managed to secure a parking space onsite. The hotel is in a great location, we will definitely return.

Bed uncomfortable and a lot of noise with guests. Curtains very light so woken up as soon as daylight starts.

Very small bathroom no bath water took ages to warm up. Toilet was very cramped with shower door, shower also narrow. No availability of breakfast. Narrow corridors from lift with stairs to room. Room was big enough for a small table to sit at but wasn’t one.

Plug no where near kettle so had to put kettle on floor, sink not big enough to fit kettle to fill it

Bed was really comfy. Radiator warmed the room up quickly. Staff were friendly and informative. I didnt pay much for my room, i just needed somewhere to lie my head and the room was perfect for that

Our bathroom was very disappointing and needs a refurbishment, the shower was impossible to use due to access it is a large step up with no rails to hold on to, the hot tap on the basin leaked, the toilet seat was loose

The Staff are a credit to the management, they are approachable amiable and pleasant at all times , the communal areas were well kept and the bar had a lovely atmosphere made all the better by Davish.

Unpleasant smell bathroom Chest of drawers is falling apart Kettle too big to fill using the tiny corner sink so you have to fill it under the shower head

Thought the bar prices were very pricey more or less double to the bar next door don't mind a bit dearer but double? come on.

Very nice hotel good facilities and very clean could do with some tlc in the room draughty windows and uneven floor but all easy fixes.

Lovely room! Had the balcony room and for the price was lovely and a lovely view! Very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to stay there again in the future.

Tepid/cold water in the morning.

Great value. Friendly staff. Off road parking (when not busy..). I booked a single room but was given a double when checking in as I am quite tall.

stayed one night -room excellent, had drinks and there was live music which was a bonus on the evening - breakfast was very good and staff lovelly - parking was very easy

Pilliows wer a bit hard and uncomfortable, Bath towels could be a bit larger. A couple of complimentary toileteries in the bathroom would hav ben helpful.

All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful - especially 'Louise' who was absolutely exceptional in ever respect. We arrived from Norfolk on Friday evening, 10 Nov. This happened to be 'Carnival 'night in Weston-s-mare. We phoned when we were 10 mins away and were concerned about road blocks etc., and did not know how to get to our pre booked car park slot. We phoned and spoke with Louise. It was a very cold night. Louise gave us good directions and said she would be there to meet us. She was stood outside in the cold waiting for us as we drove. She quickly and very helpfully got us sorted and accompanied us up into the hotel personally. She quickly helped us sort out what we should do etc and got us to our rooms. When we came down from our rooms we asked if the hotel restaurant was open as wee needed something to eat. It was already closed for the day so she advised us where we could eat nearby. We tried but everywhere was completely full -p because of the carnival. We came back to the hotel and Louise saw us and asked if we had found somewhere to eat. She very kindly directed me to a very close fish and chip shop saying that if we could make do with this to eat then please bring them back to the hotel and we could eat them in the warm in the bar. Fantastic help and service. We will definately come back to this hotel again an will be recommending it to others. Also, the breakfast was excellent.
