Booked with breakfast - no breakfast available..oh where can I get my money back??? edit: Nice! Now it is "no meals" in the ad......since when? It was "breakfast included" three days ago.... No hot water in the showers, Parking lot was under construction Needs a little TLC or careful restauration. Too nice to fugg it up that way..........poor.

Quite disheveled inside, run down almost, room was basic but clean but very tired looking, dark and far too warm. It did the job but not good value for money

The female receptionist was not helpful at all. The original room was small with poor facilities however this was changed on request. The hotel is situated by a number of loud pubs & street cleaning begins at 5:30am so difficult to get a good sleep.

The gentleman at reception was very helpful & accommodating however he only worked certain days.

Room was basic basic. I done on internet. Outside looked lovely. Inside dated. Don’t if clients staying have long term residency. Out back Smokey weed. Also one person went and sat out front. Legs shaking. Waiting for next hit. Went to be with a knife and your mobile radiator infront of door. People knocking at other rooms at 2.45 and 3.15Am. Staff was pleasant but a security guard in a room looking out of a window didn’t reassure me very much. Wheel off of mobile radiator.

Most of the hotel was being refurbished. No food facilities or bar. There are no lifts for people with mobility issues. Rooms were basic, and most areas in need of renovation and refurbishment.

Car park closed so had to drive to a public car park and pay. Bar had no beer. Hotel under renovation with tiles off the walls and live wires exposed. Very disappointing for this to even be on booking.com

Fire alarm on all night and engines called no one from property staying at hotel. Curtains provided no light dampening so no sleep obtained as soon as sun came up Room dated and dirty

Well , what was there too like ? The location was good . The carpet was dirty and torn and worn. The TV installed was so large suspicious to conceiling a possible damaged wall ? No tv remote available ? What was the point having a TV ? The bed was rock hard , the duvet as thin as a sheet . Heating radiators were off with a broken electric heater supplied. Paint peeling , door cracks visible and windows would not work. Upon returning in late evening , unmanned reception desk at night and morning. Key pad door lock would not work and confusing to use due to 2 locks being fitted. No breakfast , drinks machine or food available here. Room was cold. Shower leaked over floor . DO NOT STAY HERE .

Location of the Hotel was easy to find /get too. Due to carpark at hotel being closed for restoration easy carpark near by was available but i did have to pay for 24hrs via mobile phone pay .
