Room quite hot, no air con or bathroom fan so got steamy after a shower. Looked into the central area which was quite noisy.

Clean and functional. Excellent location near to kings cross, Euston and close to cafes and a lovely peaceful park. We were able to check in very early which was good. There was a free bag drop off but it was very busy so we did not use.

The hotel corridors and seating areas in the reception were a little shabby.

I did not try the breakfast. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The shower was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

There was too much light in the room, the bedrooms will benefit from some black out curtains or other type of system to block natural light in the morning. Also because the room was facing a main road it was quite noise.

Location was good and beds really confortable. Size of the bedroom was excellent and all was clean.

I didn't like the fact that they changed the towels everyday although we left them tidy to save water. The room faced the main road and was quite busy and noisy. Some extra isolation would have been very usefull! The elevators kept going up and down indistintly, so going down took a long while stopping in random floors: from 2nd to 6th back to 4th to end up on the ground floor!

Very big hotel. The size of the room was ok for 3 people. The beds were very confortable and the towels very soft. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the British and part of the city centre. The are free toiletries and the shower had good pressure and temperature. There was a kettle with complimentary drinks.

Excellent location near underground and bus stop. Just 20 minutes from the center of London on foot. There is a wonderful park nearby. Safe area for families.

Just very very old and huge groups of people being herded in and out. Our second room was better, it had been renovated and it was nice, but all the painting etc was still going on right at our door.

    The location was good.

The room needs to have a table at least for a group. The room needs to be vacuum a bit as it's too dirty after staying for 6 nights.

The hallways could do with a revamp to match the room quality, but glad it wasn't the other way round! It said there was a coffee machine on the booking but there wasn't one in our twin room.

The pillows were lovely and comfy. Wine was left out and a message to say happy birthday too.
