Residents bar closed at 12:30 and it’s slightly corporate feeling but the location knocks it out the park

The location is excellent for both central and west London. Secure parking at a really good rate ( small cars are better with the spiral ramp) staff were super accommodating and helpful and did their best to find us the best room available at our rate.

Incredible customer service, clean room, fantastic location. We were a few minutes from the tube and a bus stop was out front. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Cannot think of anything. I would not normally pay the amount paid for a hotel but this was a special occasion. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were upgraded to a king size room from a classic which was a surprise. The location perfect for the Royal Albert Hall and lovely to be close to Kensington Gardens. The breakfast was really good with so much choice and variety of foods on offer. Also that you have an egg cooked and delivered to your table.

Nothing was not to our liking. The room was maybe on the small side, but tastefully renovated.

We had a room on the 10th floor with an excellent view over the palace and gardens. Also, we enjoyed the pizza late in the evening in the piano bar and the breakfast was very nice too. The car park was a bit tight with many turns and columns though.

The insulation of the walls is not very good, you can hear water running through the pipes, also you can hear the alarm ringing next door.

The air con didn’t work and it was HOT. Maintenance could not fix the problem so gave us a fan, but it was still very hot. Breakfast was good, but expensive

Breakfast. It would have been nice to have the breakfast procedure explained (e.g., “please help yourself to A, we will take your order for B at the table”. Breakfast is done a little differently from hotel to hotel.) One of the waitresses was grumpy bordering on rude, and quite reluctant to help or explain.

I was very pleased that our room was changed from one with only a view of the air conditioning unit (or similar), to one with a view of the park. The gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful, and appreciated the importance of the trip to my partner and me.

We had an a la carte breakfast and my smoked salmon and scrambled eggs wasn’t good so after one mouthful I left it, but the maitre D was fab and sorted things out for me after noticing my food was untouched and I was eating some of my daughter’s pancakes. The lunch and supper we have had there in the past though has been fantastic, and my husband said that his continental breakfast there was great, so next time I’ll order the same as him!

Fantastic service at reception when we checked in and he made sure a suitable room was found. The room was great - we had a view of the back of the palace and not the road, so super quiet. Beds were comfortable, bathroom great.

Great location, lovely room and super staff. Also, our daughter was ill on our first night and the hotel were so understanding, helping us when we had time check out early to go home. The hotel staff could not have been more understanding and we were very graceful for their help.

The cast feature on the TV does not work. I’ve stayed here a few times and it hasn’t worked in any of the rooms. They definitely should fix it.

Spacious clean rooms, newly refurbished, lovely view over Hyde park. Very comfortable bed with the best pillows (personally speaking). Bath and shower choice as well as Penhaligon toiletries.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Perfect location, very close to both bus and tube station. The area is beautiful, with parks and shops. Staff was helpful end nice and managed to solve any issue we had during our stay. The room was clean, spacious and tidy with big windows. The kind size bed was really comfortable. Check out time at 12.00 is definitely a plus.
